O365 to O365 migration

Great product, and easy to use. I look forward to my next migration and using Clouiway again.

PROS

Clouiway software was easy to use. Very intuitive (always was able to figure most out), but for things I could not their online videos were great.

CONS

No complaints about the software. Support is not available on weekends, was the only con.

About cloudiway

All over it’s helpful

PROS

It’s user friendly and easy to use. Works for migrating mailbox ,drive and site. These things transfers quick. There are less technical issues.help support is also good

CONS

Sometime data losses happen . Share point always don’t work well

Good Tool - Worst Support

Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and bad email etiquette for customers in distress ... i dont care attitude of the support and even the management

PROS

The Tool has some great features and probably i am one of the users of the solutions for migrating teams from tenant to tenant. product is robust and good... could do better in terms of information on errors reported and... The calendar migration sections is like black cloud not information on migrated or not ... Need to work on the data loss side too much data loss in case of large mailboxes..

CONS

Worst Support, promised a lot before procurement but post.. only objective is keep forcing to buy subscription package.. very late responses... they dont care of your urgent scenarios ... they will ask you to wait for 24hrs before they respond.

Reason for choosing Cloudiway

Product promised great and testing was good, Pre Sales rep was very good, even post sales he tried to help but he was hands tied by the management.

Dear Sathya, you are correct. Respons time for free support is 8 business hours and done by mail exclusively. (But usually support is answering within 1 hour). This is documented everywhere in our website, redisplayed when you are opening a ticket. When our SLA are not meeting your expectations, we propose a dedicated consultant (paid services, and sometimes 1 or 2 hours may be sufficient) to give you access to phone calls, remote sessions, deep analysis, expertise of our consultants , high level expertise that cannot be delivered by support.

A great product

100% reliable migrations

We have been working with Microsoft 365 for more than 10 years. We have needed to perform Cloud to Cloud migrations on many occasions. Cloudiway has always been the perfect partner providing a very valuable product and support

This tool is not efficient and horrible support

Never ever invest one cent on this tool. This is the message I got when I sent an email to Cloudiway manager: "A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at cloudiway.com has blocked your message."

PROS

At first, we thought it's good that cloudiway supports different platform but when we started to use this product we can say Nothing we most like about Cloudiway.

CONS

We used it for office 365 to office 365 migration. OneDrive migration had lots of problems. It fails constantly with no error message. Batch migration does not work and we had to manually migrate OneDrive for more than 100 users although we paid Cloudiway to use their tools. Email migration does not support "inplace archive mailbox" unless if you pay double for each user. Sales didn't mention this to us . The worst thing is support, they ignore your emails, support feature in their portal is broken and if you send support emails and complain they will BLOCK you!

We apologize if you had a bad experience with cloudiway. You've been emotionnally impacted by your migration and wanted to write your experience in several places in Internet. We had in February an issue with our support GUI and only mail alias was available. In the meantime you used the sales alias for support and after several requests to redirect you to support, sales put a rule to stop receiving your technical mails. Again apologize for the inconvenient. Regarding your technical errors, we switched to Microsoft Graph Apis in February during your migration and we received the following message from your side: "We noticed Cloudiway has changed OneDrive migration[...]. We had to go and change source and target connectors to use Graph[...] and we could get it working again. Now,[...] OD migrations in batch schedule are working fine and we didn't get any error since batch migration was initiated, so this is a good news Thank you.

Successfull Migration

We have migrated quickly and all migration support are finished 24h after the migration, 1st time in my career after more then 10 migrations.

PROS

It take care of everything, Mail/shared mailboxes/ressources/Teams/OneDrive all migrated in the same time in a limited time.

CONS

You need help or take one hour consulting to be sure everything is well setup before starting, but in a migration budget, this hour is nothing regarding the time you earn after in support issues...

Reason for choosing Cloudiway

Cloudiway is less expansive and works better, on top it migrate the rights from mailboxes, the teams memberships and rights also, much more complete.

I needed to migrate between office 365 tenants

Automated migration, no data loss and no downtime for end users. Lots of items are supported and they offer coexistence solutions

PROS

Easy to use the process is automated and the platform is powerful. Great tool to migrate your workflows from one tenant to another. Nice tech team giving extra help for free.

Good for Mailbox and OneDrive, not for Teams

When it works, it works well. When it doesn't, don't expect quick support or even quality support. We're moving the client to another vendor for this reason.

PROS

It's a good layout and the documentation/help is good. Most of all, it seems to work fatly wekk.

CONS

The Teams migration is lacking in quality. Burns licences unnecessarily and can prove costly. Support is not great at all.

Bon produit pour des migrations Cloud vers Cloud

PROS

La simplicité d'utilisation, aussi bien pour la migration des Boites Mails, Drive et Site. Les réponses rapides du support sur des problèmes techniques et les bases de connaissance.

CONS

Le site et les documentation sont toutes en anglais, un peu de français serais le bien venu, pour une entreprise Française.

Easy to use product. Documentation is lacking. Support is next to non existent .

PROS

It's easy to configure. Migration rules are adequate. Having a cloud based migration tool is attractive as no infrastructure is required.

CONS

With migrations being a complex event having available phone support is very important . All support requests are email based with each communication taking 24 hours (they are in the EU). There is an online chat option, but it is a bot or unmanned. With the time sensitivity that occurs around migrations this kind of support does not meet the enterprise or small to mid size business needs. I would not recommend this product solely on the lack of support.
