O365 to O365 migration
Great product, and easy to use. I look forward to my next migration and using Clouiway again.
PROSClouiway software was easy to use. Very intuitive (always was able to figure most out), but for things I could not their online videos were great.
CONSNo complaints about the software. Support is not available on weekends, was the only con.

All over it’s helpful
PROSIt’s user friendly and easy to use. Works for migrating mailbox ,drive and site. These things transfers quick. There are less technical issues.help support is also good

Good Tool - Worst Support
Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and bad email etiquette for customers in distress ... i dont care attitude of the support and even the management
PROSThe Tool has some great features and probably i am one of the users of the solutions for migrating teams from tenant to tenant. product is robust and good... could do better in terms of information on errors reported and... The calendar migration sections is like black cloud not information on migrated or not ... Need to work on the data loss side too much data loss in case of large mailboxes..
CONSWorst Support, promised a lot before procurement but post.. only objective is keep forcing to buy subscription package.. very late responses... they dont care of your urgent scenarios ... they will ask you to wait for 24hrs before they respond.
Reason for choosing Cloudiway
Product promised great and testing was good, Pre Sales rep was very good, even post sales he tried to help but he was hands tied by the management.

Dear Sathya, you are correct. Respons time for free support is 8 business hours and done by mail exclusively. (But usually support is answering within 1 hour). This is documented everywhere in our website, redisplayed when you are opening a ticket. When our SLA are not meeting your expectations, we propose a dedicated consultant (paid services, and sometimes 1 or 2 hours may be sufficient) to give you access to phone calls, remote sessions, deep analysis, expertise of our consultants , high level expertise that cannot be delivered by support.
