Cyclr is a cloud-based integration platform that allows users to connect separate business applications into a single workflow. The platform offers a drag-and-drop interface to configure automation workflows and business processes across marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), billing and communication systems.
Cyclr offers a variety of integrations with applications such as BriteVerify, WordPress, Eventbrite, Google apps, Excel, Facebook Ads, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MailChimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, Freshdesk and more. Users select the applications they wish to connect and use configurable branching rules to determine what actions are triggered by activity in each app.
Workflow rules can include actions that occur immediately, are delayed for a set period of time or actions that must wait until another action is taken. Cyclr can also generate workflow reports and alerts users if a workflow malfunctions. Developer tools are also available.
Pricing is per month and support is provided through an online knowledge base.

Until we started using Cyclr, managing these contacts and communications was a headache. Now contacts are channelled automatically to our Insightly CRM and are organised ready for when we need to communicate.
The Cyclr interface is supremely easy to use, and tweak as we need to. We're really impressed with this product.
