We previously used a different operating system and this one is a million times better. It is so easy to navigate and easy to pull the needed reports! #### Cons I think the "Buzz" section that takes up the entire right side of the screen should have a toggle bar to make that section smaller. I like how easy it is to access DOMO. It's easy to filter down to the exact metric you are looking for down to the date, metric and number amount. I also like how easy it is to export the file into a Microsoft Excel pdf. When I need to send me findings, I always need to attach the DOMO report which is easy to download. #### Cons DOMO can be a bit confusing and overwhelming to use when you first look at it. But this is because of how detailed it takes you when you are searching for your data. Working with various data sources, scheduling pipeline updates and reports, setting up alerts, and managing data lineage is easy. #### Cons Writing and debugging SQL code in ETL pipelines is complicated and long process. Cards are not very responsive to resizing. It provides several chart kinds that are categorised based on the requirements. The best thing is that it generates an auto chart utilising multiple dimensions and measurements. #### Cons When an issue happens on the SQL side, I notice it, but I'd need additional information about it. Sometimes a single statement isn't enough to explain what's wrong with the SQL. The colours are terrible, and the graphs and other elements aren't as easy to use as Power BI or other tools. I've always had the best interactions when contacting them for help, or working with them in training or onboarding. The dashboards are really nice once you've got them setup, and it's easy to log in and view the data in the program. Mobile works pretty great too. I also really like the workbench that allows you to setup recurring uploads. #### Cons I took a weeklong training at Domo a couple years ago, and I still struggle to keep up with calculations inside the cards. I think their language could be easier to use. My previous experience was with Tableau, but I was able to step into Domo fairly easily. They have good documentation, and I was able to figure out how to present data the way I wanted without too much headache. It allows our small team to be able to make decisions and perform at a level that that far surpasses even that of mid to large size organizations. The graphs, charts and filtering tools are amazing, and the new (beta) feature to save filter sets has been an incredible time-saver, as well as giving us greater insight into different views of our data so that we are then able to take a wider range of actions and not miss some information that would've otherwise not been visible or buried within other information. #### Cons How much screen real estate is occupied by various things, leaving only a small amount of space for previewing cards. Going into full-screen has it's own limitations, so perhaps a "Theater Mode" view that minimizes unnecessary information to allow a larger view of the core content. I also do not like that its not possible to scroll left and right within card previews, requiring them to be opened to be able to do so.
