A no-brainer for any marketing agency

Pros:

A couple of things:- The customer support: if there's an issue, we get a solid answer right away- The tool itself: it's easy to use and easy to setup- The pricing: it's tailored for small- to medium sized companies- And happy with the fact that GA Insights just does what it does. Nothing more, nothing less.

Cons:

Whilst migrating from UA to GA4 we experienced a couple of bugs a while back. But customer support tackled them all :)

Pros:

I love getting alerts in Slack without having to go look at a dashboard.

Cons:

Ability to share access and white label with clients via Slack. They have to sign up themselves and/or I can't invite them to an admin dashboard in the tool yet.
