Great integration

PROS

I love how easy it is to link a Hubspot contact card with a Jira case.

CONS

At the beginning is pretty complex to understand how the integration works, however, with time you learn the ropes.

La Technique informatique au service des Pros.

Malgré des aspects techniques qui peuvent rebuter, il est quand même sûr et performant, bien que ses résultats soient très progressifs dans le temps. 7,8/10

PROS

Il s'agit là d'une plateforme informatique tout en 1. Multi fonctionnelle, elle est de plus sophistiquée à souhait.. vous pouvez tout lui demander dans le domaine du e-commerce. Créez vous un potentiel de vente qui décuplera vos profits.. (tunnels de vente optimisés, marketing et emailing XXL...). L'assistance en ligne, réactive, vous aidera à mettre votre projet en perspective. J'apprécie ce logiciel plutôt haut de gamme.

CONS

Il est un peu difficile à assimiler au début. Le process marketing et l'automatisation se révèlent longs à donner des profits tangibles. Les abonnements sont assez chers. Je ne le conseille pas aux petits business.

Scaling tickets has never been easier with this!

When I link a ticket from Hubspot to Jira it makes it easy to escalate tickets to a higher department without any hassle.

CONS

Sometimes it's hard to understand him, especially at first, but eventually, you get used to it.

Best app to track escalated cases

I lacked the means to connect an existing HubSpot ticket with my Jira assistant, but with the help of this plugin, I can now do so.

The product is a breeze to use ; few clicks and you can reference existing Jira tickets to our CRM platform

CONS

If a ticket changes ownership on Jira [Title, description] it can take some minutes to be reflected on the other side, but is something you can get used to
