Great integration
I love how easy it is to link a Hubspot contact card with a Jira case.
CONSAt the beginning is pretty complex to understand how the integration works, however, with time you learn the ropes.

PROSIl s'agit là d'une plateforme informatique tout en 1. Multi fonctionnelle, elle est de plus sophistiquée à souhait.. vous pouvez tout lui demander dans le domaine du e-commerce. Créez vous un potentiel de vente qui décuplera vos profits.. (tunnels de vente optimisés, marketing et emailing XXL...). L'assistance en ligne, réactive, vous aidera à mettre votre projet en perspective. J'apprécie ce logiciel plutôt haut de gamme.
CONSIl est un peu difficile à assimiler au début. Le process marketing et l'automatisation se révèlent longs à donner des profits tangibles. Les abonnements sont assez chers. Je ne le conseille pas aux petits business.

When I link a ticket from Hubspot to Jira it makes it easy to escalate tickets to a higher department without any hassle.
