Humaans is probably the only software that we don't think twice about before we renew our contract each year. During the 2 years that we use it, we grew from 80 to 300 people and we've never really "outgrown" the tool. Their customer support and the pace they are adding features are remarkable. I'd highly recommend it.

Very easy to use, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing. Superb customer support. Integrates with other tools we use. Very flexible. Constant updates, improvements.

The ability to bulk edit profiles would be a "nice to have".

Humaans seems completely different compared with other HRIS tested so far. The team seems so dedicated to Design and Customer Experience, definitely recommended.

Humaans is the HRIS with the best design I've seen in the market. During the last years I've tested more popular alternatives, but there is a crucial difference: Humans seems to have a B2C approach, with huge attention to details and to the Customer Experience.

Probably the only missing part is the Onboarding, but the team promised that this feature is coming.. Let's see!

It has a very clean and minimalist interface, so it's very easy to use and you can learn about the different functionalities quickly. It has an organised way of storing all contract related documents.

It requires additional costs to integrate other softwares, not all are free, and sometimes not all that you want are compatible with it.
