It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Overall I have always had a very positive experience while using Northspyre but if there was one thing that I struggle with I would say it is Report Builder feature.

I might not be aware of it, but it's challenging to project future costs. Uploading Change Order proposals and then the formal Change Order gets messy.

It's a relatively easy software to navigate and user friendly. I like that it's web based and users can log in from anywhere.

Back end support to enter data is very helpful. Customer support has been great in helping us learn the product and use it in a meaningful way.

The reporting is fantastic for our Investor Relations team and has allowed me to delegate more and focus on high-level tasks.

Northspyre integrates really well with our accounting system (Yardi) through its existing API.

The team is wonderful and our business partner is highly skilled and great to work with.

Not only are all questions answered but the turnaround time is remarkable and very much appreciated.

This is probably a question more for the development team. I typically just run reports and export to bill.com which I've had no major issues with.

Our development team likes the ease of putting together draw packages. They also enjoy that Northspyre's team assists in coding and breaking out the GC invoices.
