I have been involved with this tool several times and our aim was to analyze jira data. Tool automatically extracts data from data and does the analysis and it makes sure that we always have the latest data to make decisions. With this, company can get a deep understanding about the performance of the projects and time frames.

Since I have used this a few times I did not experience any issue using this.
