A Professional HRIS Platform.
All in one platform for HRIS and multifunctions to help you in the recruitment process from sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. Besides this, the managers can manage the team performance and evaluation online.
PROSOracle is one of the international platforms for HRIS that provides the online application form and can be linked to Linked-in’s profile. It is very convenient as a candidate. As an HR, you will receive the notification on your dashboard so you can highlight as source the candidates you are looking for as well as you are able to create the categorized folders to keep the candidate’s profile for the future open positions if they are qualified. You can collaborate with other hiring managers in your organization by sending approval before you post any open opportunities. The platform allows you to insert the ready-to use job description in your post.
CONSThere are several functions on the system, the users need to study each module for clarification. I’m the user and property’s admin, however there is some limit authorization which allows only head office.

Just gets the job done
Overall I am happy with the software and would recommend that any business out there give it a whirl. Everything in one place means it's not all over your office. Just plain efficient.
PROSThis software is a key resource that, by now, should be implemented into all business venues. Though lacking any graphic pizzazz, It is easy to navigate and items are easy to find and use. Weather you are running short on staff, or over on staff, you are in and out of the office with confidence so you can remain a working part of your team.
CONSLike I said above, It's not any prettier than the rest of a "Windows 98 (ish)" look, but if we were there to admire it we wouldn't be getting anything productive done. Enough said right there.

I personally am not using this software for my business however I was on the customer side.
PROSWell, it is hard to think about what I like most about this software as it was quite difficult to use.
CONSAs a user applying for a job this software was very difficult to use and does not work best with a variety of internet browsers. It is hard to go backwards and forwards, and the dropdown boxes are not easy to use also. I just wish it was a smooth process to try to apply for a job position.

Excellent software
My overall experience with Oracle HR Analytics has been satisfying

Great HR management application
Have been working with Oracle EBS as a functional consultant/admin for over 7 years now. Oracle EBS Financials is a perfect ERP tool for handling financials. It offers all the core features for maintaining an organizations financial processes. The traditional IT mindset of Oracle makes change a slow process and that's the downside for me.
PROSI like the hierarchial view and the linked dashboards available for checking the Employee details. It is quite insightful.
CONSThe search feature perhaps needs some improvement. It doesn't always fetches back the details correctly.

Functionality good, UI a bit ancient
This software has so many functions and it gives some excellent simple statistics and charts which are so good for sending to higher management.
CONSThe UI is, well, quite old. It's not particularly visually appealing and it does feel like you're using Windows 2000 a little bit!

Different features
It has different features I used the most to get approval for purchasing and it doesn't give me any problem when I upload info
CONSIf you leave it open for more than 5 min and you are entering info it get stuck and sometimes it might delete your info and you have to redoit again.. That sucks

In general, I liked to use. Is a big database.

Great

Not very inviting, but usable
Overall, a sometimes necessary, but not the most pleasant software to use.
PROSI use Oracle to enter and track my job goals for the year, as well as to view some HR information. It gets it's job done and doesn't lag.
CONSThe software is not very intuitive and not inviting to use at all, it's all in small letters and has a bleak website design. It's confusing to find anything on there, I clicked through a bunch of stuff before finding the job goal submission page.
