They provide good support and can work out bugs on an as needed/priority basis. Sometimes, its a pain because your work is impacted or delayed but for most of the time they provide you a workaround just for your org to help keep the things moving. The support offered by SnapLogic is usually rather responsive which makes bug fixing easier. I received no training to use the software but was able to figure it out and within an hour or two I was building pipelines. I like how they are flexible with how you process your data. My company has GCP Servers that we're able to utilize because of their flexibility. The last point I will touch on is the wide range of source systems available as an input. Cons: The only pain point I've found in Snaplogic is occasionally when connecting to SAP HANA it will say an error is present even though the snap has been validated already.
