A terrific bridge between our Zendesk implementation and the main BI solution on Tableau

PROS

The ability to integrate data from Zendesk and build custom reports on Tableau for BI

CONS

No issues presented so far; when data sets are large it can take some time to appear on the main dashboard

Tableau in general is great for creating screens/dashboards.

I would recommend it to ANYONE who needs to extract information from Zendesk to create your own screens.

PROS

Flexibility because you can pull data from about anything including Zendesk. Data extraction was extremely easy once you know your way around Tableau and how the data is stored.

CONS

Takes some time to learn how to manipulate and create your own screens. Youtube was great resource.

It is great and convenient

PROS

I love how convenient it is especially whom I check the status of my survey for my job.

CONS

Sometimes it is hard to use because of the scaling issues.
