Tableau in general is great for creating screens/dashboards.
I would recommend it to ANYONE who needs to extract information from Zendesk to create your own screens.
PROSFlexibility because you can pull data from about anything including Zendesk. Data extraction was extremely easy once you know your way around Tableau and how the data is stored.
CONSTakes some time to learn how to manipulate and create your own screens. Youtube was great resource.

It is great and convenient
I love how convenient it is especially whom I check the status of my survey for my job.
CONSSometimes it is hard to use because of the scaling issues.
