Process Street Software


 

Process Street is a cloud-based business process management (BPM) solution that enables organizations to create checklists and process documents for recurring projects. The solution is used in business functions such as client setup, employee onboarding, help desk support, recruiting and content promotion.

Key features include scheduled checklists, permission controls, web forms, scheduling tools and reporting. Users can manage multiple projects, review ongoing projects, assign tasks and collaborate with team members.

The platform can be integrated with third-party software such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box and Salesforce. Process Street’s integration with Zapier allows it to connect with hundreds of third-party applications.

The solution is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Process Street provides customer support through email and phone.

Process Street - Everything is a System!

Process street has allowed me to take ideas in my head and get them out so others can test and improve. It's incredibly powerful and useful for the procedural task. I love how easy it is to use and the team at Process.st are always making solid changes. Couldn't do my job well without it where systemizing tasks is a priority and iterations are a mandatory part of a numbers game.

Pros

Great UI experience, friendly support, and feature-rich. Intuitive, super easy to use, and professional. Extensive tutorials and examples of use. Share your systems and repeat tasks without error. Collaborative workflows and procedure documents created in moments. Ability to schedule is a life-saver. All changes are auto-saved.

Cons

No option for sub-folders. No mobile app yet but I imagine it's on the way. Honestly not much to complain about with this product. Developer is on top of it and very forward-thinking.

Pros

Its very easy to use, they have very good tutorials and the support is great , They always respond promptly.

Cons

They could add more processes to their system to enable users to do more staff like incorporating import forms and formatting.

Process Street helped me create forms easily and injects it seamlessly in the process.

Pros

Process Street is powerful because it was able to combine processes with forms. The forms are easily customizable making it very useful.

Cons

Process Street is good as it is. The only downside is the pricing plans they offer. I would suggest they lower their rate.

Robust and agile workflow design.

Pros

We can capture a full workflow, with full instructions that adapts to context. It is also easy to change a process on the fly. This comes in handy with young, growing companies where the processes are not set in stone and need a tonne of iteration to streamline and adapt.

Cons

CRM integration could be better. Data can be pulled from Salesforce in the form of a custom link but can only be synced back using Zapier. The zaps available are not great either.

They have said they are working on this though.

The application has a layout which is very simple to use, it can be run by a layman too. You can create tutorials and documents for training purposes. The application makes it easy to keep in touch with the members. You can get all your important documents at your dashboard along with tracking the success of the members. The customer support team is highly responsive. The application updates feature on the timely basis. The checklist feature, easy to create helps you add tasks and subtasks. An ample number of third-party integrations. Edits and changes made are saved automatically. Integrations with applications like Zapier, Gmail. You can invite outside members for a specific task. You can create and record the workflows.

Cons

Template creation process is indeed time-consuming. More report generation features are required for it to become better usable.

Process Street application is the best tool that is available so far in the market. We can store our project information like documents just at one place and share them with the team members. I've briefly used Process Street during its early stages. I loved the product a lot.

- Supports for many types of content, viz. images, videos, files
- Sub lists for complex workflows
- The UI is simple and looks solid

Cons

-It's rather expensive for a small business owner/freelancer.

Other than that, I don't have any other complaints with Process Street.

The pro's are that it's cloud based, searchable, checklist driven, multi-media for processes, affordable, lots of advanced features, integrations. Keeping SOP's and checklists in ms word is clunky, it's important to choose a good cloud based system these days. Compared to other affordable SOP systems (standard operating procedures) process st is superior I think. Having my SOP's and checklists in process st will allow me to scale at least 4 times quicker in terms of business growth.

Cons

not really any cons, I think it's more just getting to know how much and what you can use it for. I'm just working out how I might be using it for handbook type information but that's probably more changing my way of thinking and adapting to what's new and improved. I did find the billing wasn't very clear and there have been times no-one is getting back to me.

Communication of team members who are not physically in same location.

Pros

Process street checklists are easy to use. The templates can be updated and retroactively applied or not, your choice. Even the employees who were not "tech savvy" have been able to use the system.

Cons

I am still looking for something I don't like, nothing has come up yet. :-) Away to resend sheet or set up reminders would be helpful and perhaps there is and I just haven't found it yet.

Process Street is a genius service. It's very simple to use: you take the most recently repeated processes you have in company and document them for either new team mates or actual colleagues. The builder is very intuitive and their tutorial done in-app are very easy to follow.

Cons

The UI feels somewhat dated. Yes, its completely functions and works great, but a coat of fresh paint would do marvels.

I love the interface organized in a powerful but simple workflow automation software. It is easy to use, it is not necessary to have any previous training. It helps us keep track of repetitive tasks and activities and plan accordingly.

Cons

ProcessStreet lets you set up a rinse-and-repeatable process that anyone on your team can run. Each time you "run" a process, it walks you through the fields you have set up and lets you fill them out. I think this approach to synchronization is solid, and the platform itself works well.

Cons

The UI/UX could use a bit of an update, it feel clunky at times. Also, some of the features are hard to find (like the export feature).

Process Street is clear about what it's made for, and it does what it's made for very well. It's simple to use, simple to train others to use, and clear. We used to use Google Drive for our documented systems, and it felt cluttered, out of date, and largely ineffective. Now, we have actual updated, relevant systems, that are easy for new hires to use for training, and simple for established employees to reference.

Cons

I don't have a lot of complaints--I suppose some people may feel they want more features, but we simply don't need them. We use Basecamp, and plenty of other apps that provide us the 'project management' we need--all we needed from Process Street was a simple place to document systems, and subsequently run some of them as checklists!
