Process Street is a cloud-based business process management (BPM) solution that enables organizations to create checklists and process documents for recurring projects. The solution is used in business functions such as client setup, employee onboarding, help desk support, recruiting and content promotion.

Key features include scheduled checklists, permission controls, web forms, scheduling tools and reporting. Users can manage multiple projects, review ongoing projects, assign tasks and collaborate with team members.

The platform can be integrated with third-party software such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box and Salesforce. Process Street’s integration with Zapier allows it to connect with hundreds of third-party applications.

The solution is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Process Street provides customer support through email and phone.

Process Street - Perfect Tool for Checklist Fans

Process Streets solves the problem of saving master checklists and reusing them multiple times. This is ideal for processes like onboarding, training and any repetitive tasks. The master template can be revised and refined over time so that no steps and missed and workflow is managed in the most efficient way. If you are a fan of checklists (and you should be!), Process Street is a great way to keep them organised and use them without someone messing up the master!

Pros

- Easy to use
- Good selection of templates to get started
- Helps embed good process and workflow management in an organisation

Cons

- UI could be slicker
- Integration with other apps through Zapier can get complex depending on how many different apps you want to communicate with. Needs careful management

Nothing else even comes close

Pros

Just learning to use it and super impressed. I opened the account months ago for some basic stuff but I'm using it more and more all the time. I'm not using a paid account yet but that's the next step so I can get access to some of the automation pieces. I've learned more about systemizations and workflows using over the past few months than in all my years in operations.

Cons

I can often find issues with anything but there are a handful of SaaS products that I find exceptional and without issue, this is one of them.

Best Process Documentation/Checklist Option

Pros

Process Street got it right. I can edit checklists already started to maintain consistency. This is huge because processes change as we refine them and I can keep every open checklist up to date.

They have multiple data types (checkboxes, video embed, text fields, short/long text form fields, etc.) to provide the team with all the info they need to do the project the same way every time.

Cons

It doesn't integrate directly with my main software, Zoho, but I can paste a link of the checklist in which makes it pretty seamless. It can integrate via Zapier but it doesn't have the right triggers/actions for my situation.

That said, this isn't really a problem because I just paste the checklist link into the records I need within Zoho and I'm good to go.

Easy to use and effective

Pros

I can document my processes easily and provide additional information and tools for my team. Process Street allows me to create a new checklist every time my team members use it and helps guaruntee compliance since they actively check off each step as they complete it.

Cons

I would like more capabilities in the free version, but that's a big ask.
Sometimes it appears that things have disappeared on the Home page but they are still there

A valuable tool to organize work

Pros

This tool is very helpful for me to organize my work, they provide templates that I can assign a project and manage it in a certain time. My projects work smoothly without any conflict. You can also add video, text, files, subtask and much more functions into the template, and then you can use drag and drop function to rearrange them. If you are looking for a great tool for your business, I think you can consider this one, it will make you feel happy.

Cons

It's a paid tool so you have to pay after a trial period.

Standard Processes Minimize Training Costs

It has allowed us to standardize the way things get done, and document processes that are repetitively done with our customers, so we can scale our staff and get people productive a lot faster than traditional hiring and training. We love Process Street!

Pros

I love that we can create the process steps we need for all of our standard processes. We can create mandatory steps, and we can also see where a process is, and if someone is out, another person can pick it up and complete it. It's brilliant!!

Cons

I would like a way to share processes with other Process.St customers -- so they can have the processes within their Process.St account -- ideally, I would like to share an entire folder of processes with someone - and that would prompt them to set up their own Process.St account, and import the processes to their account.

We would like to share these processes with our customers who need guidance on implementing certain things in their business... and it would be a way we could help Process.St grow, while serving our own customers and the growth of their businesses as well.

Pros

Process Street helps me stay on track by letting me create a template of recurring tasks that I can start for each new SEO client. The ability to collaborate with team members and clients by sharing a task list is also really helpful.

Game Changer

I am very much satisfied overall. I will continue to use this product.

Pros

This software has helped me and Clients easily navigate strenuous processes. I no longer have to worry about forgetting important steps. I have more time to focus on running my business and other important feats.

Cons

I would like for there to be a function for checklist users (my clients) outside of my organization to be able to comment and receive notifications without it being anonymous and without subscribing. If they subscribe, the system sends them unwanted emails prompting them to register and create an account and I have to request for each user to be removed from the email list one-by-one. This is too much work.

I love how you can simply set a very clear task list and assign it to your VA plus it allows you to add video to the explanation which is just awesome - so much easier to explain things to a new VA using video

Next level support, Great product

Its been great, the support has been fantastic while I got integrations and process design sorted.

Pros

This software allows a basic business to up the game with easy process automation and workflow. Forget forgetting a step, and get you new staff up to speed in a fraction of the time -with less mistakes-

Cons

It's not skynet, and it doesn't set itself up. You have to tell it what to do once.

Very happy with it and a huge advocate of them.

Pros

Allows us to build processes, adapt them quickly and delegate them to different team members.
Crucially by building written processes we are building a contingency plan, that means we are able to adapt should a specific person who manages a process, go mia for any reason.

Not my cup of tea!

Pros

I have used process street past couple of months back (not the pro version). And i was confused for good. So i stopped using the application, otherwise following the task and making SOPs was easier in it.

Cons

They should fix the UI, I have used it for a short time and the experience wasn't that great compared to it's competitors.

Simply great, easy, agile and effective
