Hundreds of hours saved in responding to questionnaires and RFPs. RFPIO offers very competitive cost savings over most of the larger RFP software providers.

Experience with vendor has been superb. RFPIO team has been extremely responsive on all fronts, including setup of a trial, training, and support.

Still figuring out the integration into our template, but that's just lack of time on my part, rather than a flaw in the software itself.

Not sure if how back end works when customer sends a spreadsheet. I suspect the admins have some more work to do to make it easier for me.

We've been able to calculate massive returns on investment in using their software, and I've enjoyed working with their team so much.

The customer service included with the tool is fantastic. They were always easy to get a hold of and were willing to help.

RFI, RFPs, Security docs can now be answered effortlessly with collaboration across teams, ease of exporting in same font and space, answer library and docs library, with excellent customer support.

I'm not sure what they're getting, and I don't know when it's been answered. May be a user error on my part.

Great Product, Easy to use with a great interface.

My SMEs are resistant to it -- they complain that working within the system is more work than working in the Word doc.

Customer support is excellent and suggestions for new features receive a rapid response and are often implemented within a couple of weeks.

My team members are often confused with the platform, no matter how simple I try to make it for them.

Ease of Use and Integration into Word/Excel. Automated/Template Answers.

My experience with the product and the company and its employees has been great. I highly recommend RFPIO to those in the industry.

There is a little confusing language on completing a section makes it read only so someone would have to open it up to be editable again. This could be just the way our software is configured.

Lastly, it's been really helpful to be able to track the completion process and know how far along we are with the submission and any questions that may still be outstanding.

They provide excellent support and have implemented our ideas for new features and improvements. We are currently testing a new feature for them and love that we get to provide feedback.

Overall, RFPIO is a great product. I'm always impressed when I upload a complex source file and the software is able to identify the sections, questions and subquestions.

Their integrations with Google Drive are a plus for us, and their willingness to grow with us is also a great bonus.

This is due to the great answer library, recommendation engine, and great interface. Not to mention that they have a great customer success team which always lends a friendly hand when need be.

The actual interface of going through managing a project in RFPio is not straightforward and a bit confusing.

I think the import tool and the options for declaring entries (description, section, question, sub question, etc) can be a bit confusing.

It has greatly improved our RFP response process. Bi-directional integration with Salesforce is important for us and something we did not find with other solutions.

The collaboration and workflow is outstanding. The Customer Services is TOP NOTCH.

The same functionality at a fraction of the cost of the big guys. Customer support is top notch - all questions or requests for help are addressed within the same day (or within 24 hours at most).

The logic behind it and the customer involvement in it's development. User requirements are obtained to further improve the functionality.

Only issues we had so far was linking documents to the process maps which had a few teething problems.

There is no automatic warning when a map is not published you have to manually go into the menu edit to check.

The ability to produce process flows that can easily be accessed and used by staff in their day to day roles. It is also a great tool for training staff.

The key function I like best is its mobile ability,  this allows our operations teams access to our management system.

It is also used to determine our key performance indicators and supports our  Value for Money reporting.

Triaster is easy to use and gives us a clear view of  our end to end processes. By using Triaster we have been able to fully cost our processes and identify a large number of cost savings.

As stated above when updates are introduced there are a time when the new software is difficult to understand and get to work the first time.

Ease of use based on the Visio package. Customer support on the odd occasion when things do go wrong cannot be faulted.

What I like most about the software is how logically it is laid out. You can add so much detail to the activities and a robust reporting mechanism.

Publishing times can take quite some time especially when you have a large number of maps. Also their is no way of identifying any maps that did not publish that should have.

We have made substantial cost savings using this piece of software.

Ease of use - Navigation and Menu options. Ability to store metadata within a shape.

We have found several issues frustrating and culminating in the switching off of several areas of functionality.

Eventually you are able to do consistent quality improvement because you have a starting point defined.

Putting them into a web-based system that is discoverable and searchable with a menu driven interface. This allows for continuous quality improvement that is automated.

I have been using PN for about 6 years and have created some brilliant management systems.

Menu editor makes ongoing revisions and updates very quick and easy to do. Support has always been timely and effective solutions found.
