  • Pros

  • Ease of use and searching capabilities - it is just intuitive and straight forward.
  • I like that the update team is responsive to requests from users, and that it is continually being improved. The system is easy to use, and integrates into MSFT and SalesForce products easily.
  • Cons

  • Still figuring out the integration into our template, but that's just lack of time on my part, rather than a flaw in the software itself.
  • Not sure if how back end works when customer sends a spreadsheet. I suspect the admins have some more work to do to make it easier for me.

  • The logic behind it and the customer involvement in it's development. User requirements are obtained to further improve the functionality.
  • The key function I like best is its mobile ability, this allows our operations teams access to our management system.
  • Cons

  • Only issues we had so far was linking documents to the process maps which had a few teething problems.
  • There is no automatic warning when a map is not published you have to manually go into the menu edit to check.
