Great, Budgetly has been great in helping us transition. Budgetly Staff is attentive and responsive.

Not having to chase and reconcile receipts has saved me at least a full day each month which means I can focus on more important tasks to bring money into the business.

We were able to get the cards up and running successfully after one short session with our staff. Everyone is comfortable using the app and love being able to use the card on their phone.

We used to have some issues around fraud when dealing with Australia Post Load and Go cards, but that's not an issue any more.

We love our control over spending limits and money requests and the simplicity of the Budgetly software. The GST Automation will certainly make life easier as well.

We run 22 holidays a year, Budgetly has saved me at least 4 hours per trip without having to reconcile transactions, reimburse staff etc. The Xero integration is also brilliant.

Other apps are clunky but Budgetly is so easy to use. Don't need to rely on their support team to make changes, you can do everything yourself.

You can tell they really put a lot of time and effort into their customer service. Phone calls, custom help videos and email support have all been quick and didn't cost any extra.

Unfortunately these gift vouchers provided no oversight on what people were spending and while we could tell them how much they could spend, we had no way of enforcing this.

The constant emails saying I have LOW BALANCE when I don't. It works on a cycle that isn't relevant to me.

We were using two different providers prior to Budgetly and their online platforms/functionality quite limited.

Each month, we were meant to fill it out with each transaction (how much, what it was for etc.), however our Accounts team usually had to chase up multiple people with missing information every month.

I can call Budgetly straight away and get help as soon as I need it, great customer support.

Their customer service is really detailed and responsive, too.

The help and support has been really good. If I can’t get onto my account manager, the Support team are incredibly helpful.

I find that some other services only send you to a website to watch videos, however Budgetly gets straight to the point which allows us to move on quickly.

We've enjoyed it, it's a great system. It's easy for non-technical-minded people to use.

My phone app showed that I was not affiliated with any accounts (subsequently having access to no money to draw upon).

Overall this software has been easy to use and integrated well to XERO.

Easy to edit for changes. Like that you can pull up a previous order and simply reorder or make any changes.

It aligns with the user experience people are used to nowadays - follow this link, enter your information in, make adjustments, and send it to be approved by the admin.

It's critical in getting people to actually create the card.

The reality is searching orders for our company on your website is an epic flop. It takes so long for your records to index and now more often than not the index times out.

Brandly has great customer service. Their team goes out of their way to assist you and keeps you informed.

The customer support is quick and always gets you what you need. The quality of the cards also surprised me; high-quality cards are sometimes hard to come by.

Brandly is perfect for every brand manager or HR manager out there who is in charge of  making business cards. Especially, if you tend to hire many people at once.
