Great, Budgetly has been great in helping us transition. Budgetly Staff is attentive and responsive.

Not having to chase and reconcile receipts has saved me at least a full day each month which means I can focus on more important tasks to bring money into the business.

We were able to get the cards up and running successfully after one short session with our staff. Everyone is comfortable using the app and love being able to use the card on their phone.

The Budgetly team have been communicative and friendly throughout onboarding and following up to see whether we have any issues/concerns. Overall we've had a great experience using Budgetly.

Budgetly has fixed this by saving at least 20 hours a week across multiple teams. The way Budgetly's been designed makes it very easy to use and we're loving it.

We used to have some issues around fraud when dealing with Australia Post Load and Go cards, but that's not an issue any more.

We love our control over spending limits and money requests and the simplicity of the Budgetly software. The GST Automation will certainly make life easier as well.

We run 22 holidays a year, Budgetly has saved me at least 4 hours per trip without having to reconcile transactions, reimburse staff etc. The Xero integration is also brilliant.

Other apps are clunky but Budgetly is so easy to use. Don't need to rely on their support team to make changes, you can do everything yourself.

You can tell they really put a lot of time and effort into their customer service. Phone calls, custom help videos and email support have all been quick and didn't cost any extra.

Unfortunately these gift vouchers provided no oversight on what people were spending and while we could tell them how much they could spend, we had no way of enforcing this.

The constant emails saying I have LOW BALANCE when I don't. It works on a cycle that isn't relevant to me.

We were using two different providers prior to Budgetly and their online platforms/functionality quite limited.

Each month, we were meant to fill it out with each transaction (how much, what it was for etc.), however our Accounts team usually had to chase up multiple people with missing information every month.

I can call Budgetly straight away and get help as soon as I need it, great customer support.

Their customer service is really detailed and responsive, too.

The help and support has been really good. If I can’t get onto my account manager, the Support team are incredibly helpful.

So far so good, some learning to do but overall happy thus far.

I find that some other services only send you to a website to watch videos, however Budgetly gets straight to the point which allows us to move on quickly.

We've enjoyed it, it's a great system. It's easy for non-technical-minded people to use.

My phone app showed that I was not affiliated with any accounts (subsequently having access to no money to draw upon).

Overall this software has been easy to use and integrated well to XERO.

Training sessions before we commenced using Budgetly were useful as well. Plenty of time to ask questions and very responsive to our queries when we started using the debit cards.

It's easy to use and gives some responsibility  back to our staff to manage their own receipts etc.

Customer service is at least a 9.5/10, I'd definitely recommend it.

Sometimes it can be difficult to reach out to leads who left typos in their contacts.

The app and the tap censor does not work the best.

I like that I can manage all of the accounts as an admin. I like the ability to have customize the colors and aesthetics to match our branding.

Overall I think it is a good product. The wristband could be improved and some of the third part integrations could be more cost effective.

I don't like that there are some glitches in adding additional social squares and having them not show up as expected without a browser window refresh.

I love the ease of using Popl to share your contact information with new clients. I use the phone tag almost every day when meeting new people and they are always left with a great first impression.

I realized I could buy 50 NFC tags for $10, so we've been using those instead.

People are always impressed and it is an excellent ice breaker. When I meet people at trade shows, they don't forget me. I absolutely love this software.

The import to salesforce is horrible, and that was the main driver of choosing Popl Teams.

Popl team members are very easy to work with during the onboarding process. I was very impressed with the integration and ease of use.

The experience was great, stellar support team, great features, and probably the best UX/UI interface out of all the digital cards out there.

Popl is reasonably priced, user friendly and customizable. Popl has everything we were looking for for a growing team to generate leads and share our information.

Additionally, the team has always been extremely responsive for any questions and listens to my suggestions for upgrades to the software.

The actual Popl's have not held up well over time, and they were very expensive. We got custom ones and the print quickly fell off.

I love that I can take it everywhere I go. I can put my code on anything and it is super simple to share.

Sometimes I miss contact information by not having time to explain how to use the software to people.
