My only tiny complaint is I wish it would only email you when the backup failed. But the email shows mailboxes failed in red text so it's easy to just glance at it and delete.

Fantastic cloud based backup. It has saved important files a few times.

Those are separate subscriptions that you can add to your account. It might not be clear to users at first is my only problem.

A decent amount of restore options. Good price point for the email backup.

I set this up in minutes and barely think about it now. I've had to do a few restores and I regularly test it, and it passes with flying colors.

Our overall experience was for a shot time. During that time we had a good experience with Office 365 backup it just didn't have everything we were looking for in a backup system.

I love that ITarian is a one-stop shop for RMM, PSA, Patching, Ticketing, Endpoint Protection, and SOC. I really like that everything can be white-labeled to look like our own tools, including the AV.

Overall, my experience has been decent. I started with ITarian when they were Comodo and completely free (except for the AV).

It's been pretty stable and offers all of the options we want in an RMM.

The patch management and remote support was serviceable, but needed time for some maturity, as the product isn't quite up to Kaseya, or other solutions.

The pricing change hurt small nonprofits like ours, the remote connection software required a download, unlike other solutions, and would sometimes miss system prompts, leaving the remote user stuck.

Also they DO send you a bill when the free trial expires.

They seem to merge or rebrand every 2 years and then for 6 months no one their has a clue what direction anything is going.

The remote desktop function did not always work well and it missed a proper ticketing system.

Itarian used to have a pricing model that made it very attractive to non-profit organizations like ours, but they did remove that pricing option.

Horrible, would avoid at all costs, not worth it.

Fantastic experience all been very good and helpful always willing to help. Software bugs get delt with quickly.
