Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.

This experience may also be attributed to trying to schedule massages where schedule management is difficult.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

The interface was so old-school, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

I haven't found any features that I don't like about Mindbody.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

Each time we call up and try to speak with somebody to help us through something else that is not working correctly, we are given different information that causes more and more problems.

I have had trouble in the past managing my accounts. Since I need different logins for the studios that I visit, it can get a bit tricky.

It was great that our trainer was able to meet with us weekly to help us learn the system.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.
