The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

Software is very easy to use. Customer service is great and it's a great way to stay organized.

I like the ease of seeing the pipeline and where I'm at with my bookings. I like the daily reminders to follow up on my clients.

It's very nice to have everything at the same place. And the integration between the various tools they have are superb.

Some of the functions are limited but you can always customize it using they're scripting tools and api.

Getting access to all Zoho apps for one value price is super appealing and great value. All the apps a business needs in a single platform.

I pay a flat fee and I get to use my One license for all of the products on the enterprise edition. Their customer support team is very friendly and I love Zoho One  & Zoho Products.

The support team is always evading you and end up leaving you in frustation. The apps are poorly designed and problematic.

Sometimes it is hard to know which product you are working with since there are so many options.

I love their inclusive suite of other products which all talk to each other.

Features  can be really complicated to set up and support can be very frustrating making it difficult to get a straight answer to a simple question.

Great Integrations with all Of Zoho's Products.

Their customer service is extremely awful, even start from beginning. They have poorly trained account management team that are I have never dealt with.

I think the software it best compares to is SalesForce, which I haven't ever used due to the price.

It is so nice to have everything in one place and connected.

Zoho One has glaring shortcomings. You will get frustrated if you rely on the software's promises.

I can't think of any bad things to say about this service.

It makes my life much easier without having to worry about integrations and such.

There may be better products when compared on a one-to-one basis but the suite.

The software is buggy, the customer service is horrible, the billing systems is combative and the local sales teams over-sell.

Really flexible and easy to use, the streamlining capabilities and customizations are unlimited.

I like that sales, marketing, support, accounting, operations, and HR all in one place and it's easy to use when you use Zoho Social and Zoho CRM.

Every thing is at one place and well integrated and easy to use the applications from all the platforms. This helps team to coordinate well deliver better.

We love paying one low rate for all our employees rather than using separate vendors. As a huge bonus, our internal data is much more organized since all ZOHO apps communicate with each other.

Yeah there's some limitations some quirks but it's a really great platform so far.

Great automation, great number of apps in Zoho One for most businesses, good integration.

If you're like me, a bit technical, it's really nice that you can customise you company's workflow (Zoho Flow) and even develop internal applications easily (Zoho Creator).

I was going to sign up for Zoho Social after cancelling my One account, but after the non-existent customer service I was fed up.

Customer service lacking even though I was charged for a year of customer service premium.

The emails always lands up in spam and they have Zero real solution to it.
