  • Pros

  • The user interface is better and there is no charge for bank accounts or for invoice uploads. Plus the cost per invoice is much better in Appfolio.
  • Our company uses AvidXchange with NetSuite, and we love the fact that invoices are automatically tied in to the NetSuite bills. Easy way to find a document during audits.
  • Cons

  • As far as we know, there is no way to change that default.
  • I feel sometimes the processors are in a hurry and mistype a vendor name or a campus location which creates an error on our end that we have to correct.

  • Contracts, booking form and integration in GCal, Of course, customer support is fantastic. Hello sign integration also.
  • If you are tech-minded, this software is VERY intuitive once you've been trained. I like the speed of things.
  • Cons

  • The older agents in my company are having a bit of a difficult time learning. Though the software is built for our industry, our company has always done things differently.
  • It just seems not as easy to use as the one before. Creating contacts could be a little less confusing.
