This is a very useful payment management service that I have used. It has a very good UI and also provides so many options for managing subscription payment or one - time payment, etc.

We currently handle about 500 contracts and were looking to upgrade our subscription management operations (ie. Google Sheets). MyFundBox looks to be an excellent solution.

I use MyFundBox almost everyday and I have encountered some difficulties using it. First, are some of the inconsistencies there is.

The only thing I am really missing at the moment are subaccounts, so I could manage all in one place for my small brands.

Great customer service, great ease of use, amazing payment options, and the awesome recurring billing.

Now I am planning to only use this for my online payments outside of WooCommerce. I also love all the automation that I can enable thanks to the webhooks.

The only downside is that they don't support Paypal subscription for now. They already committed to release the functionality by Q1 2022, once that has been released my wishlist will be complete.

The usual limitation of this type of platform is the few payment methods available.

User friendly and the software is not complicated  to understand.

It was a little difficult learning the software but after 30mins I got the hang of it.

There are different maximum transaction limits on the plans. Some country specific VAT applications are missing (will come in the roadmap).

My favorites feature is the offline payments and bank transfers because some of my clients have been in business for many years and they use outdated payment systems lol.
