I like going paperless audit documentation. It would be great if some of the cons I mentioned above is addressed.

I dislike the project dashboard that has multiple tabs to search projects in.

Very limited capability in creating reporting template customized to our organization's need. Incapable of integrating with our payroll system for timesheet.

Ability to integrate with MS Office products and PDF is also great when it works as intended.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Response times are insanely long.

TeamMate+ has a simple and easy to follow layout. It's cleaner looking than TeamMate AM and navigation is much easier.

Teammate + has been helpful in getting our department to use a software.

This is frustrating as some of that functionality was used by our team and now we have to wait to see if and when it will be added.

Overall this application is easy to navigate and helps in keeping projects and files organized pertaining to each phase.

The ease of use and the great flexibility in its configuration in relation to the work methodology.

There are no users manuals or workbooks available for audit clients, although the product is designed to be used by them.

TeamImage is probably the worst part of the program, although the program as a whole is really poor.

The speed of connectivity and response to our cloud solution is also a great improvement on the old AM+ version. TM+ has excellent availability and reliability.

The easy of working/communicating  with my Team. Additionally I love the Coaching note management and the ability of changing the perspectives.

I am very happy with teammate as it made my life very easy and managed. My auditing have become so transparent and manageable that I wish I could use it in future organizations as well.

The way it is presented offers a nice user interface, it seems to be done and prepared to use with touch devices(tablets) as well as computers.

I like the feature where you can open any spreadsheet and save directly into TeamMate without having to upload file into my project again.

Ease to use, mobile, agile, latest technology and adopt best practise like IIA IPPF etc.

I enjoy how easy it feels to navigate the tool. There is not a huge learning curve.

I use TeamMate+ on a daily basis to document audit procedures and evidence. It provides a great platform for an audit management tool.

I really like the ability to move workpapers around. The flexibility makes documenting work easier.

TM+ is a significant improvement on AM, particularly the integration of time sheets and findings / issues management and tracking.

The ability to upload documents quickly. The integration with Microsoft and Adobe applications.

Does the job just fine, could have more functionality.

We have only used TeamMate+ minimally and look forward to using the full functionality to assess pros/cons. The report template looks a little disjointed with several different fonts.

I also love the linking of documents: ie: I can link an important email into a project file without attaching the entire document.

The application has all of the functionality needed in a GRC tool. The customer support team made it so easy to implement and provide additional functionality needed.

Audit Prodigy: Effective and easy Compliance Management.

Love the natural progression of work flow. Easy to follow and thoughtful.

The user interface is simple and clutter free and intuitive. This makes it quick for me to get in, do what needs to be done and then get out relatively fast.

Audit Prodigy helps me document and link controls, audit planning, audit results, working papers and action tracking. The software is intuitive and easy to learn.

No reminder send to the auditor when hit the deadline for the particular observation.

Not so much a con, but more of a tip: take the time to consider how you frame your global risk universe as it is designed to use across modules.

Having the features and functionality of Audit Prodigy is helpful and gives us the flexibility to design our processes aligned with standard audit processes.

The support team was truly vested in creating an overall positive experience.

Support is also excellent and very responsive.

We're automating more, finding greater internal solutions, and when we have ideas Audit Prodigy is quick to listen and react. We are thrilled we made the switch.
