Inventory and tracking time and expenses. Customer support and training have been stellar.

I used to have to take days away from work for invoicing, quotes, and other office work. Now when the invoice is ready the only thing left to do is collect the money.

I like that it is intuitive in the set-up and use.

When I call for support I never have to wait and everyone I have spoke with is really knowledgeable with the product. Everyone at Fullbay is always helpful and always try there best to help out.

I liked that it is internet based and can be integrated with other softwares in addition to tracking time, inventory and various reports.

The customers like the accuracy and immediate billing we can provide. Any outstanding bills can be easily reviewed and followed up on.

The training team was great, and if I ever need support, they are always there, and very helpful.

Customer service is worthless. They will answer the phone, but can rarely assist with any issues.

The volume of reports available, level of detail that is accessible, and the capabilities of the program. Ease of integration into QB's and the addition of Motor to the program.

Doing estimates takes half as much time with full bay lets you know what your costs are and profits before you do the job. Allowing you time to bid more jobs.

This software is so comprehensive it does everything we as a large diesel and automotive shop need. It can be used to manage multiple shops, and we can fluidly go-between the shops.

Overall, this product has been a 10 of 10 for my business. Also, the support staff is amazing.

Receiving parts is difficult. Ordering parts through the system is a nightmare, the email look like a phising scam, and you have to call to verify they received the email.

I like how easy it is to use and I love the technical support team. They are easy to get a hold of and answer back very quickly.

Decent help online and excellent call centre. The people  at the call centre are easy to reach and almost always respond the same day.

I like that I can keep easy records of the financials. It links with Quickbooks and our processing payment software.

The only complaint that I have about the software is that it only migrates information to Quick books.

The tech help is great, and when you ask for more or different options, the development team checks into it and actually sometimes changes it to suit your needs.

The parts is a little hard to navigate at first. Easier as time goes on but that seems to be the most difficult.

Very happy with the software and the team that is behind it.

Works well for me and making any adjustments in the system is very user friendly.

Multi-tiered pricing is critical and works perfectly here. You can also bulk upload inventory (up to 15,000 lines at a time).

This software is very user friendly from Office Employees to Technicians as well as Customers.

Upon some familiarity to the program you can begin to run very specific reports and view metrics on parts margins, technician efficiency, and all sorts of revenue analytics.

Fullbay has many great features and has continued to improve and evolve since we adopted it in 2016. I think the best features are its relative ease of use, and the available tutorials.

Fullbay is so easy to use and has great functions. From the service desk to the technicians on the floor this is a great product to track efficiencies and to communicate with your customer base.

No pro-demand or motor or anything integration.

From the very first day Fullbay was very much interested in our success as a business and with the use of their software.

That means it can integrate with tablets or cheaper Chromebooks. It's honestly really easy to use, but it's a little slower than an option locally installed.

It even holds you to the process, users cannot proceed without completing each step in order. It's customizable, has great integrations, and excellent Reports for the back office.

Love the ease we can manage our margins on each job, making us more profitable. We consider SAM one of our best tools we've invested in for our workshop.

Was advised we were not able to have the SMS service without having the mthly subscription, even though we pay for the SMS service.

SAM is easy to navigate around & has many reports to check on your workshop progress.

We have found Sam easy to use and love the integration with Xero. Our team find it efficient and  and we have recently found the support team helpful for any queries that come up.

That it is difficult to  change an invoice once it has been invoiced off. Changing the technician's clocked times can waste time you don't have when a customer is waiting at the counter.

Great to have accounting, vehicle records and stock levels in the same programme. Good that it ties into the office who use Xero only.

Additionally the UI is very dated and basic (although the software is not targeted towards an industry that worries much about UI).

Being a workshop based company it is a great program for our company. The system is user friendly and easy to use.

It has made our business more efficient. We are  saving money as there are no longer parts and time being left off Job invoices.

Some of the data output options are difficult to find or only available on bigger systems (Orion).

Overall I feel SAM is a great product, I just don't feel like we are using it to its full extent.

SAM understands how workshops work and how they flow - the system is built around giving us the features we need to do a good job for our customers.

Once you understand how SAM works, it is very easy to use. Easy to get integrated with XERO which makes statements and invoicing very quick.

We consider the benefits SAM offer far outweigh the cost.

I find this software very use to use. The staff are so friendly and helpful if you are unsure.

We do find that SAM support can be hard to get hold of sometimes, you can't get straight through to talk to someone anymore and this can be frustrating waiting for a phone call back.

My overall experience has been wonderful. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and always very friendly.

You don't need to know alot about computers to be able to carry out basic daily functions. I also like  the integration in the software between customer, their vehicle, and their invoices.

There are so many more great reasons to use SAM in your workshop we love it.

I like the ease of use, and that Sam is linked in to NZTA - giving me all the details I need at once. I find it useful that Sam is displayed on all of our computers throughout the workshop.

Apart from a few small issues with GST rounding on invoices and the odd server fail this software has been a large improvement for our business.

We also utilize vehicle notes and our customers LOVE that when they come in/ring, we can pull the information up quickly and let them know what we noted would need attention at their next booking.

Sam has provided us with a workshop tool that has been easy for everyone to use. The best adaption for us has been the integration with Xero for an accounting package.
