Excellent customer support and the product is fantastic and the pipefy staff is always looking to improve the user experience.

The UI is great, services team was very helpful. Automation is a great feature as well as the reporting capabilities and email triggers.

It helps me organize my processes and my day by day; It's easy to use; let you customize everything; Changed completely my daily routine for the best.

Overall the software is good. Its a balanced value for the money.

In general, I have had a good experience with the software so far. I hope that the platform is updated all the time for better use.

The support team is great and, for 90% of the occasions, I can use Pipefy to manage my team and our process.

The implementation and sales teams were phenomenal. They were helpful, responsive, and were able to find work-arounds if there was a feature I wanted but was not yet available.

Our next steps will be to make use of pipefy API to extract important team metrics which I hope will be very useful.

To be honest, it looks like Pipefy has some great features, but I only needed one: to create a simple, easy checklist for repeating tasks.

The Kanban view is very clean and easy to manage, and the calendar view helps a lot when we are planning our launches. Also, the automations are very useful to implement poka-yokes into the process.

The basic e-mail adress to send e-mails from Pipe is very unreliable and often goes to Spam.

Sometimes the e-mails don't go through and the software doesn't send me a warning or a solution to the problem and this can impact the operation badly.

The Pipefy Community is also an excellent resource for learning more about the tool, problem solving, and improving how we use the tool.

One big advantage of the system is the local system administrator and the possibility to modify workflows, forms, etc. without having to contact the system supplier every time.

Other weakness what causes sometimes a lot of wasting time when creating new forms in workflows. When there is fields with same name it is really difficult to select correct one.

I like the new front-end that came along with the update in June 2018. Especially the document management system is very handy and simplifies my job in the quality department.

There are some weaknesses in system to allow users filter their tasks in home page to show only the tasks where instant actions are required.

A big success with CWA is their support function, which works really well and most of the times you get a response within a couple of hours.

System is good and easy to implement. So far we are very pleased to the system and we are looking forward to develop more functionalities by workflows.
