Pros
- Software is very intuitive to use and meets many needs within the one application. It is a great value for the amount of functionality we gain.
- It is intuitive in using the graphics. It is full-featured, supporting all aspects of business design.
Cons
- Could use a license that is a cross between Architect and Web Diagrammer that allows limited Architect capability such as adding process objects and content.
- One things that i don't like mainly is when I am moving the flow charts it accidentally move the connecting lines within them which can cause some confusions.
Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
