This is a great product for a mid-sized facilities management operation. I've used it at two different organizations and have been very happy with both the product and their support.

Top managers love the fact through reports and dashboards, they get real-time information on our maintenance operations.

There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM.

Setup and configuration is difficult until you become intimately familiar with the product.

There is not away for creating custom queries to be written if you are a SQL user. We cannot search by Work Order numbers and in some cases we have a list of particular ones.

It looks like its going  to be user friendly. The customer service and tech support is very good.

Sometimes finding a specific work order it difficult because the type filters that are offered.

There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly.

Mobile version is not available while offline (no internet/wifi/mobil access).

We see so much come through in a day that you can retain that info. Being able to add pictures and notes are great.

It is super easy to learn and use. Very easy to setup as well.

The have great customer support. Hundreds of reports to choose from and if you can't find a standard report from their list of reports, they will build a custom report for you.

Ease of configuration, personalization and customization. Straight-forward, trouble free, fast inexpensive Implementations (ie $1,500 completed in 1 week).

The software is little bit difficult to manage first time but as you familiar with the tool it's works smoothly.

Also, a better integration for Quickbooks online. I'm scared to add this integration because it gets horrible reviews.

I have friends that use Square for their businesses and they are happy so overall it is worth the time to invest in the card readers.

I love that it will track my inventory, that I can sell offsite with it, I can customize discounts and tax rates.

Their support team is fantastic as well. When I've had to get in touch with them I got help quick and without hassle.

I try Squareup.com and it takes me to my Weebly dashboard. Very confusing and frustrating.

However, for the scanner to work, the terminal must be plugged into an outlet, which robs it of its portable nature. Additionally, adding inventory via the Terminal is cumbersome and slow.

Sometimes the system has a tendency to lag behind, and that can be an issue when there are multiple customers at a time.

A client purchased multiple packages totally thousands of dollars from my company, received the services, and then disputed the charges as 'unrecognized. I provided the following to square.

The ease of use for this product is amazing. I love how you can make a sale with the virtual terminal by either swiping a card or sending an invoice.

It is also difficult to add individual inventory items. Also the register display format is not customizable, you are limited to the defaults.

I had to sit with my bank to file a dispute with Square, put a hold on all charges by Square, and start using an entirely different payment processor just to avoid Square stealing my money.
