It is very customizable, so if you are a very small winery or a huge custom crush facility, you can make the software suit your needs.

We moved from an antiquated wine tracking system requiring a good deal of paper and a full time data entry clerk to Vintrace.

In my experience Vintrace is significantly easier to use than the main competitor - there are literally less key strokes to access the same data, and the interface is intuitive.

The phone app is a terrific recent addition - walking around the tank farm I can easily look at composition or lab results.

At a basic level of just writing and updating job notes Vintrace is easy to use.

Difficult to find certain searches if you do not know how and where to look, time consuming to fix errors or date input if mistakes are made. Found the old version easier at times.

I do not believe the system should be advertised as being able to integrate with Xero it just data dumps as there is only a once of communication with Xero.

Vintrace is very easy to use and becomes to go to place to find all your wine and inventory information. Software is always improving and developing with the help of the users.

Product is still developing and is missing some features.

Reporting and bottling is still difficult, but just a learning curve as with anything.
