  • Pros

  • I have the ability to set up password protected tabs and that is great for managerial information. I am able to communicate with my entire team effectively.
  • The ease of use and the great UI of the application is the best part. There is lot of options in chats for everyone to respond and react to it.
  • Cons

  • Another annoying function is that anyone can mute everyone, resulting in a confusing mess when more than one person tries to speak. A hierarchical approach to the problem would make sense.
  • We had this problem of not being able to connect to Microsoft Teams and the lack of a support channel we were unable to solve the problem.

  • The product has a useful integration and ease of use.
  • The best part is You can import everything from JIRA, within just 5 minutes. Special mention to the ZOHO Support team and Demo team, they did a amazing job in helping us move into ZOHO Sprints.
  • Cons

  • Cannot prioritize user stories when viewing the Epic list. No concept of teams, you assign users to a project or sprint.
  • Having it bundled with Zoho Remotely is confusing. I am not sure if I am paying just for Sprints or for all of remotely.
