  • The inventory management system is great to see what is in stock and what needs to be reordered. The customer system provides everything I need to manage my customer base and provide loyalty rewards.
  • Multiple location POS functionality, intuitive, and powerful. Great customer service, easy to install and very functional.
  • Cons

  • If you are using it for the first time, you might have a little headache. No detail video tutorial on how to use the software.
  • Missing ways to manage users/salespersons with group permissions. Missing ways to handle inventory adjustments.

  • Inventory is a mess can’t never get it done correctly.
  • Yes there are issues and sometimes things go wrong and there are bugs within it that can occur but not anything that I would gripe over. I moved from Repairshopr 3 years ago and when I compare the 2.
