To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

A very efficient job costing solution. Very useful on job scheduling.

Workflows are great for frequent operations. Good module interface between modules.

They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

Great integration and functionality. From bidding to billing and everything in between this program has it all.

It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

It is also so good in accounting system according on their works.

IT is very easy to navigate. I love how quick it opens and closes and how reports are also generated very quickly.

I enjoy expense ease more than our last software which was sage. I like being able to use the software when not in the office.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

Having everything integrated is the key for us. It really helps us get a better picture of our business overall instead of waiting until the end of the year to see how we did.

Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.

The service module is terrible. It has been a while since any substantial updates.

All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.

I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.

The ease of use and the correlation of all the information into one software. The accounting process is easy to use.

Though we don’t frequently need them, customer support is always very responsive, and all issues are quickly resolved.

This one is a definite stand out. Great customer support, great documentation and a freephone number.

What i like the most is it gave me opportunity to study angain and learn more according what i want course.

We also use their new bar code system along with CELive to track up to the minute location of our equipment. Great support, I love our trainer, she knows her stuff.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.

I have also found shifts have been put into the wrong schedule from that employee that requested and was granted the shift.

You can build out templates and schedule people out for months or even years. Employees love having their schedules at their fingertips and the ease of trading shifts makes life easy.

Pretty good, feel it is better suited for businesses that have less variations week to week in terms of shifts and people scheduled though.

They are good about communicating upcoming changes and down time. Overall it is an easy, simple scheduling and timeclock tool.

Easy to use and not glitchy, nice colours, useful communication with peers and co-workers and management.

The features are very tedious and require so many more steps than necessary. I can't easily access my schedule without going through multiple avenues first.

Once I got used to it, which was pretty quickly, I was able to access my co-workers schedules with the greatest of ease.

Having to use 3 apps - manager app, scheduling app, and messenger app, makes it hard to manage.

Integration with ADP Canada is very important for the [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

I could be unaware of where to find it, but i can;t find a time off accrual function.

We love working with MakeShift. The customer support is super helpful and incredibly responsive.

Features particular to restaurants would be helpful.

The inability to control employee availability changes.

Employees love the flexibility of being able to request days off and to switch/pick up shifts with their co-workers.

Makeshift is a good program with Relative ease of use.

TheMakeShift team has always been very helpful to us to solve problems; advise on best setup practices and revive feedback to improve the tool.

As of now, MakeShift will only give you a shift sync error if you unintentionally schedule a shift on a day with a PTO request.

Overall experience is very good from the product itself, to the online support.

Solid layout and easy to use for both employers and employees.

I like the ease of bidding on available shifts and having a snapshot of my schedule.
