Pros
- One of the easiest take-off programs that I have used for landscape and irrigation. They keep updating features that makes it even better.
- I like that Land One is very user friendly and easy to learn for non techy people. Near maps up loads are great and very functional for more than just landscape designing.
Cons
- I was told to just call so I can get a credit but I do not have time to make that call in all cases. We should only be charged if you make measurements versus lookups.
- I don't know enough about comparative products to know if there is anything to dislike. All I know is it works for me.
Pros
- Easy to use, has a good free tier, innovative, friendly UI and UX, a good product in general, good mobile application.
- Easy setup, they have different templates for different industries which is nice, can quite easily adjust it with the Zoho Creator, customer support is great too.
Cons
- The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable.
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
