The application is very easy to use and great at the price. Loved the dashboard and reporting feature.

Clean look, responsive design, easy to use and navigate, great and useful dashboard reports. Also it has seamless integration with Skype for business and Oracle.

Ended up switching off the product due to those issues and the price tag. It worked alright, but you need patience.

Finally a contact center that integrates problem free with skype for business. Programming is very graphic oriented which makes it easy for anyone.

The most liked feature of this software the Quality of video data been transfer  from one end to another is best I ever get and secondly the smoothness of using the software is incredible.

Sometimes the time of the conversation is not correct. Once we leave a group conversation by mistake, we can't rejoin the conversation until a existing participate adds us.

As I said above, my main utilization as within customer care, and i love the case manegemnt feature that helps keep your client organization organized.

No archival of messages and very few options to customize. Connectivity issues at times causing the chats to be lost.

Have to pay for this software to access to all features. And sometimes have to wait little bit to connect with my router.

I like arranging my groups into favorites and others for quick access.

But desktop application was less than intuitive. Needing many clicks, bad copy-paste experiences would really throw someone off.

It was ok on the user experience. There are better one's now in functionality especially for business.

I previously worked in the customer care sector, and skype365 was such a great tool for our team.

Target dates are not being met because of the lack of functionality. The chatbot responds as if it's a robot and not a personable interaction.

Responses are hard coded and every single functionality is hard coded by Capterra. We paid a lot of money for a mediocre service that really hasn't solved any of our problems.

Without the efficiency provided by Anywhere365, we wasted a lot of resources in inefficient field deployments that hugely increased our administrative and operational costs.

File sharing and screen sharing is extremely easy and quick, this enables collaboration. Quality of audio and video during the calls is excellent and many of my team members mention the same.

But the app keeps showing up so I went into app uninstall and it is still there. The most irritating thing is it keeps coming up when I log into my computer.

The transfer feature is also amazing. Very easy to use and also very intuitive, so it was great for training new employees who weren't as tech savvy.

The UI is intuitive and simple to get the hang of. I like that there are call in numbers to support countries outside the US.

Sometimes the application get hang. Other problem is the loading time to start a video call.

I love that I can chat and visually show my business partners in Costa Rica my question or issue. It's a great collaboration tool.

I liked the screen sharing features and ease of use in terms of the simplicity Skype had to offer.

This distressing sequence of events resulted in a devastating loss of profit for my business while we experienced multiple shut downs of our only business line of communication.

NextOS itself was difficult to learn in the beginning, but it's has a ton of benefits that has made my business communication grow rapidly. Using the soft phone app to communicate within my own phone.
