I love how integrated the CRM is with Outlook. It is easy to use and convenient.

Any CRM that makes you leave outlook has problems.

Ease of working with Outlook, great as a tool to look up customers in geographic area and understand their sales history.

Confusing aspects to the contacts and how they sync together.

Easily assimilates with Outlook, Easy to use for the most part and wish it had a few more features that I have recommended.

Having some trouble understanding the Prophet contacts and how they relate to Outlook contacts.

The integration into outlook makes it very easy to use. The customization aspect also allowed us to make it relevant to our niche industry.

What i like the best about Prophet CRM is that it is very user friendly and its customer service is always there to help us.

The support has been great. We now have an easy to use CRM that lives in our email client that is always used.

It lets you get going quickly and creating contacts and opportunities on the first day.

RUN AWAY - this product is a step in the wrong direction - too many screens, too complicated, does not work well off-line.

There are a ton of purchasable add-on's from third parties that can and do make this a wonderful software if you have the money.

It is very easy to use and price-wise, it's cost efficient.

Tech support is outstanding. It's ironic that the vendor with the best tech support is the one where I need to use it the least, but for upgrades and platform changes they are outstanding.

We do get multiple records because of user error, or incomplete information. The data needs to be accurate to be of value and that does require monitoring of the data and someone to correct it.

Since the program is geared towards more the sales efforts within a company, not all of the features are able to be manipulated in a way to pull the built in reporting features.

The ease of set-up, use and ability to customize the program. The Prophet support team is outstanding.

Product- great CRM, easy to use and has many features. Integreted into Outlook, so easy to link contacts and emails to opportunities.

We did a few hours of training and problem-solving from Avidian with a shared screen, which helped, but is a bit pricey.

Reports can be difficult to program for transfer to company systems.

Given the nature of the software and what its used for, it can be incredibly difficult to work with.

Intuitive data entry and reminders. Easy for everybody to see what's going on in their areas.

Would like our entire team to be able to view all emails associated with a person. Sometimes when things go wrong, it seems the vendor has difficulty finding out what the problem is.

Customer service is very prompt and alwys helpful.

At this point, the only issue we have seen is it occasionally will lag or crash for a short period of time.

I like the ease of viewing or participating in a webinar with numerous other people. Service is always good, easy to interact with others, etc.

This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure  and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.

It provide all the features of a program that is used for conducting meetings and webinar and the best thing about using cisco is their security. The video & audio quality is good.

The best in its cataogory, screenshare, call quality, the call recording is perfect, whiteboard notes are a big plus.

If the connection is bad, then you will get crackling videos and audios. That is very challenging when you are on the road.

The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.

It wasn't and they updated for the same or worst. The product is not user-friendly.

A good tool for professional meetings and screenshares, but not the most cost effective.

It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.

Sometimes the connection is terrible and it’s hard to hear people and see them. I sometimes have to revert to calling into the meeting on my phone.

The ability to schedule meetings with remote team members is fantastic. Also, the screenshare option is very helpful at times.

Its free if you use it as a guest or if you want to hold a meeting with small number of attenders, video quality is good, and implemintation of the software is easy.

As a new user, I found it to be safe and quite adept. The quality, even on not the best internet speed, is very good.

This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.

Overall, this program is great to have the tech help without someone needing to come out to our location.

I like its screen sharing feature most, easy to use and good quality sharing, easy to give control to others while screen share.

Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.

It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.

I dislike the fact that there is no way to create headings or topics for conversations. It is easy to loose conversations because of that.

I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.

It was a great experience start to finish. Great customer service and ease of implementing into organization.

I often use this software for community engagement presentations to members of my community as a legal advocate. I highly recommend it so an effective tool for virtual presentations.

This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.

I really liked how you can set up and organize meeting quickly and easily. The quality of the software is very good.

The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.

This software is great and is worth the investment. Especially during the pandemic when we can't have meetings with large numbers of people.

It is super easy to use on my PC or mobile device. There are also tons of interactive tools so that your guests can participate and the layout is easy on the eyes and attractive.

The connection quality is always superb, and it is possible to set up seamless integration with devices in physical meeting rooms.

It has interesting functionalities and its very user friendly to use. I like that simplicity and the privacy it has.
