Nagios XI is the only NMS being used in our infrastructure for monitoring LAN, WLAN, WAN, Virtual infrastructure and physical servers. It supports almost all endpoint types and monitoring protocols.

The UI and its functions are great. Enjoy working on this tool.

The reporting feature has limited templates and they cannot be edited.

A Linux version, for example, is visibly backward. This does not seem to be a serious issue for most people, but it is still considered a disadvantage.
