Great Value for Intuitive CRM that Our Staff Uses.

It didn't quite fit the needs of our organization, but I think it could be good for organizations that are starting up.

Clarity has been spot-on with their support, professional, efficient and honest with us. In the early stages of adoption we were frustrated with the integration of Clarity and our staff.

Price is right for what you get and much more affordable than industry standards. Training with online/youtube options has been very good.

Customer service is great. Great product and company.

The graphics and general user interface design were very important to us and Claritysoft scored high is this area. It's customizable and fun.

This becomes confusing for the sales team because it shows in both places. Most CRM’s that have multiple pipelines take the Pipeline down to the Stage level.

Overall we have been very satisfied with the product. Claritysoft seems to have put in the effort where it matters the most.

Additionally, there are no email marketing automation features to auto send emails to customers - something I hear Claritysoft is adding, but haven't seen/used it personally to be able to comment on.

Implementation with email has been slow due to issues in our Kerio email. Data filters are very sensitive to syntax and can be annoying to deal with.

Customer service is very helpful and always available to assist. Helps track sales, opportunities, follow-ups, etc.

In addition, the customer service team has been fantastic. In my career, I have never worked with a CRM team that responds and gets issues resolved so quickly.

Once the trial ended they charged us for a year contract and the sales person said that she had no recollection of ever starting a trial with us.

Easy to use but implementation with email integration has been slow.

It's been a very good experience overall, big time. The ease of use good GUI is the biggest.

Once the setup is complete the functionality is great and pulling reports is super easy.

The best and most customizable. If you really want to search your data in any complexity, and actually find it, so you can do something with those people and records, this is the software to have.

Inexpensive, user friendly, has built in marketing and tickets, settings are easy to manage, and setup was easy.

Again, I can't overstate how great support has been. We believed we would get the best support from Claritysoft and you have not let us down.

We had to do a lot of customization which can be frustrating when you want to be able to use the software for varying purposes.

This software can do A LOT - much more than what I need it for. That can sometimes be confusing.

This is a great software for small and medium industries for the data management and get great results from it.

I was in search of an online CRM that was easy to use, affordable, and provided great reporting tools.

It the crm that include marketing automation and help desk  not only tha but also it is easy and fast crm. It organizes leads and sources and feed them in callers in priotized order.

It wasn't designed for telephone sales and was hard to build accurate statistical reports.

If your data is a mess, they can only do so much to organize it for you.

Pricing is actually accessible for smaller companies. The support is excellent, with very helpful technicians who do a LOT to provide guidance, information, and service.

Leadmaster has allowed us to easily integrate the data from admissions to our institutional management system with great ease.

LeadMaster offers a comprehensive CRM at a great price.

One difficulty is to remember that when updating the specific fields, many times the update has to occur in two locations.

Once we diligently utilized the software, we were able to create reports that showed the effectiveness of our salespeople in each step of the sales process.

Great software for first time users. You may purchase leads from different vendors as well.

It allows our company to manage customers and leads efficiently. The sales and customer service support is fantastic as well.

Priority lists were a little complicated and difficult to set up. Support team is difficult to get in touch with after launch.

When I discovered LeadMaster, not only could I customize the interface for each client, it had excellent reporting and the pricing was amazingly affordable.

Making sure no lead was missed and was always allocated to someone for follow up, whether from e-marketing, filling in a form on a website or even a lead from a trade show.

I do not have seen any weakness in this crm because it has  marketing automation and has case management.
