Pros
- Google Contacts works great for our business to store all of our clients contact information. We use G Suite for email so all contacts are easily accessible.
- Back-up is simple to upload and retrieve. This ensures that you never lose another business contact, and you can remain in contact providing good customer service.
Cons
- You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.
- All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.
Pros
- I think the ease of use and call quality is excellent as well as the recordings available right away. While setting up different list for different kind of clients to ensure work is not interrupted.
- During my 5 years experience in telemarketing, I tried many different dialers, but the most special thing about this one is - super user-friendly interface. Everything is just so intuitive.
Cons
- Tried to integrate my email box several times, however no emails were shown in the system.
- One except the limitation of integration with other programs (Office 365 suite).
