Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- Pretty much everything is OK , it is easy to navigate as a administrator and for the agents as well.
- Time zones are extremely convenient and the reports allow us to track & improve metrics. It's been priceless in that regard.
Cons
- The problem I have with this software is the fact that once a agent has dispositioned the call it cannot be modified. For example if any information is incorrect it cannot be corrected.
- Once they learned to use it in their daily routines it has made them work more efficiently. We have had some trouble with a loss of connection.
