  • Pros

  • The internal note feature ensures that everyone in the team is on the same page, resulting in a great client experience.
  • Helpdesk is very easy to get started with and is extremely affordable compared to other options.
  • Cons

  • Emails get caught in Spam sometimes when they aren't spam.
  • Very disappointed as I have an integration with LiveChat but HelpDesk is separate for some reason in Shopify and they are the same company.

  • Viber is very easy to use and add contacts to send instant messages or stage meetings on calls with. The audio is pretty great and the design is visually fabulous.
  • The app is really useful for everyday contact with clients or teammates - I like it because it is easy to use and responsive.
  • Cons

  • Because of a weak connection , the communication was bad. That's an inconvenient when you want to do some visio call.
  • The new advertising program is very bad and annoying. It is not being used as much as it used to be.
