Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

The complete anonymity could be misused if not montiored closely. But then again, this monitoring is violation of privacy.

But when i installed in in my phone I was wow because its easy to use not loading its perfect for group chatting.

Work area warnings can be now and then irritating. Once in a while in work area, warnings flood the screen and squares different projects, which is irritating.

Telegram is a great way to connect with your friends and your network of contacts in a fun and expressive way. Great user experience and design.

This mail client can make you feel uneasy if you aren't familiar with how to deal with automated spam and abuse. Furthermore, Telegram users are inundated with messages at an incredibly fast rate.

Telegram is a beautiful application with a stunning and very intuitive graphical interface.

I love the fact it is community based, I'm active in so many groups that share different interest and specially after WhatsApp Privacy changes, Telegram is the way to go.

It works kind of like every other online messaging system, but the pro is that it is super easy to use and can be used internationally.

Telegram is a very great messenger app. The feature I like the best is you can change the background of a thread to any picture you choose and you can change the threads color.

The greatest aspect of Telegram is that it is free. I also like that it can be integrated with varying devices.

The chatbot integration is amazing and it allows me to create a bot and do whatever I want with it and It's very helpful in my opinion.

Additionally, it is great that I can forward messages from one group/direct message to another. Another great feature on Telegram is the polling ; great way to help with decision making.

I have many sales made by Telegram, I always recommend this software with the best cost benefit.

That alone sometimes discourage me from using it. It allows people to create fake bio just to fraud people.

I love the way this Software is set up to where you can be in several different places at one time and accomplish a lot, Telegram is the best thus far.

Some spam users are easily adding us to unwanted groups which makes its feel bad each time u need to report spam and come out from the channel.

Perfect, it is a very complete software, the photos are downloaded with a good quality, unlike other applications. I would recommend this application to anyone as it is easy to use and very efficient.

I can't say it has been amazing or more than just being good but I'm certain it is not the first social chat app I will recommend to anyone.

I have been using it for 9 months now since we got into this pandemic and it's very funny and easy to use just that I don't feel safe because of the policy and some settings.

It a good app when i want to call my friend without pay a lot of money and it is the best when i want to send a pic with good resolution.

I love the app in general but I love the integrations such as bot. The canal are also a very good feature to communicate with a large audience.
