The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.

So far FreeAgent is amazing and more than we thought it would be.

We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.

All this at a reasonable price perfect and easy to recommend.

The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.

Integrates well with Office 365. Looks great and is neat and tidy.

I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.

I like ease of use and the responsiveness of customer service. This is a great product for small to medium size companies.

On multiple occasions they've turned around and pushed into production our product feature requests in a matter of days or weeks. Zapier & Mailchimp integrations are a huge plus too.

Lack of reporting is something that is being addressed. Email integration is inconsistent if you're using an Exchange server.

Having to learn new technology. I am not well versed in using computer software and integrations.

Coming from Excel, this is obviously superior. I like most the ability to track what each of our sales reps are doing, the email analytics and dashboards.

Easy to use and functional. I like the most is that I can know when my client open a Mail.

It is easy to customize to my business needs and the customer support is excellent.

Workflows are a big help and the customer support (both chat and email) is amazing. We were able to use the product almost immediatley.

If Salesforce customers would be aware of FreeAgent CRM, Salesforce would have no clients any longer.

Overall Myself, and my agency have been very happy with the FreeAgent Product and onboarding team.

It's reliable for the most part. Any issues or questions I've had have been sorted out by the Support Team and Account Manager very quickly.

The setup, integration and training were straightforward and relatively easy.

I love the different views available, the customizable apps, report features, and the new RingCentral integration will be so helpful.

We liked how it worked as a process flow management tool. We looked at other tools, such as salesforce, and they were not easy to conceptually fit into our process.

You have get in there and use it a few times, you have make edits and changes to the terms, drop down options.

The worst part about the Pipe Drive platform is that you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform.

Very good CRM tool that helps visually track and display the growth of leads and opportunities in a company.

It's like Trello for my sales pipeline. Fun to use and has made me better at followup and a better salesperson overall since I started using it.

Pipedrive's free plan is great, you can get a good idea of whether the product is for you without actually spending a penny.

Customer service is super responsive and helped solve a couple issues when i was first learning the system.

Great experience love the mobile and the desktop portions. Super quick server responses.

I would have stuck with this software if it had not merged my calendars and copied things from previous years causing me a lot of stress, headache, and confusion with my day to day tasks.

Terrible product, lacked basic CRM functionality and migrating to get off of it was a pain.
