  • Pros

  • The proactive chat is a nice feature, its really helpful to convert a visitor to client.
  • Easy to use and no clunky UI. I liked the design too, it adapts very well in our websites.
  • Cons

  • Installation instructions and requirements are a little bit confusing, but you only need some extra time, and you can use a really intresting software.
  • Only a few design problems. I believe that somebody from their developer team will fix it very soon.

  • I really enjoy how streamlined it is and that since everything comes into one place, it allows agents to be more focused on the work at hand.
  • I like that it is easy to use, useful when helping customers and there are a lot of good features on it.
  • Cons

  • This feature is currently missing but is under development.
  • While I find it to be fairly intuitive, some of the agents struggle with it. I also think they should have more space in their Snippet Knowledge base.
