Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Skedda was surprisingly straightforward to set up and integrate within out club website. Was particularly pleased that the free version offered enough functionality to get us up and running.
  • It is easy to integrate into our website and to set up online payments. Compared to lots of other options I looked into, Skedda ticks the most boxes for what we needed.
  • Cons

  • A minor issue with some of the descriptions on the mandatory fields caused a little confusion and could be clearer - but minor issues.
  • Some people have had problems resetting their password when they forgot it. When you need to interrupt a series, delete it from the date it was selected.

  • Pros

  • The ease of use, and the customer response time, initially and ongoing as needed. I like the customization options specifically for Martial Arts.
  • This system is extremely user friendly and it has been a smooth transition from our previous software. Very easy to navigate through all our memberships and features.
  • Cons

  • The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.
  • I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.
