  • Pros

  • It has helped us improve food quality also it helps us keep track of cleaning financials and tasks that need to be done.
  • I like that we are able to keep an easily accessible record of each location. This helps with holding employees accountable from afar.
  • Cons

  • Field operators fumble with operating. They lose work and struggle to find it.
  • Reporting can be difficult to navigate and figure out.

  • Extremely user friendly and provides information that other software doesn’t.
  • Scanwriter for Quickbooks allows me to enter hundreds of invoices and payments into Quickbooks Desktop in far less time than manual entry would allow.
  • Cons

  • This software was very hard to use for our accounting firm. It takes to long to read the document.
  • I am also experiencing some data corruption issues in Quickbooks since starting to integrate with Scanwriter. I am not sure if this is contributing to the problems.
