I was introduced to Maxident Software Systems 8 years ago. I purchased the Hygienist Maxident System for my Dental Hygiene Office and have supported this amazing company ever since.

I know hygienists that are debt free and profitable with paper charts that are very professional and progressive.I can chart faster in the way I like on a paper chart. I do overall love the product.

The different screens are bright and have large font.

Tech support is great; the techs are eager to help. Having unlimited support is hugely valuable to me.

The ONLY thing I like about this software is that it is easy to use.

I love the ease of use, as well as the options in the charting and billing such as super codes and perio dictation of probe depths, gingival levels, bleeding and such.

They both intuitively know what i would like the software to do, in order to guide me to the correct locations.

They most likely do not fixed my problem. So, the problem is always there.

My overall experience is not happy at all and disappointed. Whenever I tried to call and explain my problem many times, they were late to reply.

It makes difficult sending pre determinations to the insurance.

The software is difficult to upgrade, doesn't have a lot of built in high tech features and customer service is difficult.

The software is always up to date. The company stays on the cutting edge of technology and business owners requests.

Some of the features are easy to access and provide quick information.

Slow awkward perio chart. Abbreviations on perio chart not what I would choose  and they aren't adjustable.

We just completed  an over the phone training program with Maxident for an extended feature and it was AMAZING.

Honestly, I could not pinpoint what I like most. I prefer different software.

He goes above and beyond in his quest for customer service excellence and is a huge asset to this company.

It is one of the I've made that I view as a financial mistake It's really agrevating dealing with updates and extra costs. I tell starts ups BC to seriously consider $ before making the plung.

Our company like using Maxident, its fairly user friendly and the support staff are great when we are in need of help.

They provide valuable tools that save me from training new employees on the software from scratch.

Customer service is awesome and they make sure you are helped through out the process.

A lot of the features are disguised by icons that don't make sense. This sometimes makes it hard when I'm in a pinch to schedule someone.

Eagle soft is pricey but is is awesome and worth the money.

My favorite dental software is eaglesoft because of the ease of use, the dental chart is very straight forward, and it is easy to communicate back and forth with the front desk/other clinicians.

The problem with this is that this doesn't happen all the time. Odd, can a fix help with this.

It DOES NOT WORTH IT for the money , and 10 years of disaster with this software.

Good- I am always happy to temp in an office that has eagle soft.

Sometimes it shuts itself down or kicks me out of my application for “an illegal operation” however I did no such thing.

Very easy to use and figure out all the possibilities with reports and features. Also very easy to connect with customer support or easily google question to figure out a fix.

Eaglesoft desperately needs a new web-based UI. The 32 bit UI in 2018 is difficult, and subscribes to a user mode that is quickly becoming out dated.

Plays well with other software companies that can be integrated into the system to make other aspects simplified. We integrated Solution Reach, it was seamless).

I like that this software is relatively easy to use, if I find myself in a situation that I cannot fix their customer service is easy to reach.

Front office and administration and clinical staff alike can all navigate the platform and use the features to their advantage.

The customer service, support, and live help features are outstanding - the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to work with you and very effective at solving problems.

It is very easy to use, if you have used any dental practice management software you will pretty much know how to use this. Went from Dentrix to this and picked it up quickly.

At times the ledger can be difficult to understand. Need to be able to input more detailed insurance coverage; such as downgrades, age limits,  waiting periods, missing tooth clause.

Eaglesoft has a lot of features and capabilities; it is great to have them all in the same system and able to be easily integrated with other applications we use.

Having to go to the home screen for navigation is inconvenient.

I love their chart compared to other sorftware.

In the beginning the software is hard to understand. Some things are placed in odd spots.

Customer service is great. The live chat feature is amazing.

EagleSoft has been an amazing software that allows my office to schedule patients quickly and effectively.

Eaglesoft is easy to use and has a number of helpful reports to check on the health of your dental practice.

The client is unhappy, being stuck in purgatory waiting for Patterson.

I like how easy it is to integrate with other systems to help us get reviews.

EagleSoft has been not only exceptional with teaching the user how to run their software, but they have gone above and beyond to implement strategic tools to ensure your success in its application.

I have been in the dental field for many years now and eaglesoft is my FAVORITE program. I find it easy to schedule appointments, review treatment plans, invoice payments, and document notes.

Patterson Dental’s Eaglesoft software is a Meaningful Use and ONC-ATCB certified on-premise dental office practice management system. Designed for dental practitioners and dental healthcare providers of all sizes, it includes features including clinical charting, patient scheduling, imaging, billing/accounting applications and periodontal templates.

Eaglesoft’s patient scheduling application gives dental practice employees the ability to block off different segments of time, from five to 60 minutes, depending on the necessary length of the appointment. Double booked appointments are displayed side-by-side so they can be identified before a problem arises.

The treatment planning module lets dental professionals present a custom treatment plan to each patient and collect consent forms containing patient details. It also provides financial information so patients can make an informed decision based on dental insurance coverage estimates. All information can be stored in the system using clinical notes and images, and patients have access to their patient record using the self service patient portal.

The Patterson Eaglesoft solution also includes a document manager, SmartDoc, which enables users to store and manage documents that have been imported from paper charting systems.
