The interface is a little clunky and the UX could use some updating, however, for the complicated tasks it performs it is pretty good.

They are really attentive (returning missed calls and following up when they say they are going to) and this product plugs a lot of gaps in BigCommerce's native shipping options.

I'm content with ShipperHQ. We did almost stop using it due to upgrading our Magento platform.

The platform is really easy to use and has a ton of features to set up shipping rules and make sure that orders are being processed correctly.

With over 7,000 skus that can weigh 1 pound or 1,000 pounds, shipping could become a nightmare. But with the ShipperHQ team onboard we are surely solving each issue quickly.

Having to establish accounts with each individual freight carrier in order to verify their credentials to unlock live rates was at times frustrating.

Easy to set up, lots of options for customization. Restrictions work great.

Great, works for what we need in our company and is simple and easy to use/teach to others.

I appreciated the tech support that I needed in the beginning. I love that I have all my box sizes and packing rules set up and how they seamlessly integrated with my ecommerce store.

Price based on # of calls to API, which for high volume, low product cost companies make this App cost prohibited.

I needed some extra help with setting up zones and filter to get the setup we needed to support our client and the support from both the UK and US team has been great.

I love that I can specify that an item must ship by it's self in the designated box size.

The ShipperHQ software just works. It has fit seamlessly within BigCommerce and any time we need to adjust our shipping, ShipperHQ has had the solution we needed.

I'm very happy with the level of support we have received from ShipperHQ. The support staff really knows how to use the program and can get in there and help.

We were told by our 3rd party vendor who are Magento developers that the incorrect estimate shipping  is cause by the ShipperHQ  app.

ShipperHQ makes it easy to create multiple shipping groups for different locations and for different drop ship locations. It is a great app for the price.

The product was fairly easy to implement and it has a lot of great features.

But I guess this is in each and everyone developer's hand. So maybe a guideline on what not to do to avoid performance losses.

The only problem I have is when updating the version and the pages tend to have problems of accommodation.

It does create good websites, with pretty much good features and integration among objects, which facilitates structuring and maintaining.

It is very easy to use and it has a lot of features. Everyone can build amazing website with beautiful templates.

It's a very helpful software/website in helping you learn and create your very own website for an affordable price.

Also when there is an error it is very difficult to figure out how to solve it because there is no support (obvious for open source but still a problem).

Wordpress is really great for people who do not code but want to have a website. It has lot of additional integrations available which help you build websites which are scalable.

The customer service is the worst. Whenever I email them with a problem, they sometimes don’t fix it for weeks and I have to keep reminding them.

My overall experience with Wordpress is Fantastic. It is one of the best software I have come across.

Currently my website had all the plug-ins crash, and they all disappeared, so keep in mind that WP is notorious for needing to troubleshoot your website once in a while.

On the beginning I have a problem with some message about a having an error whic I did not find.

Easy to install and use, with a huge community developing and improving features. It's a great tool for almost everything, from a simple Landing Page to a huge E-Commerce.

I love that I was able to accomplish what I wanted, on my own by using help features and just by clicking around and trying different things.

I enjoy Wordpress for the flexibility to setup my personal website. They several templates to choose from and each have unique abilities with them to make your webpage fantastic.

Some plugins are very bad, and also very bad translated, or make some other plugins crash so you must be very carefull with what do you install.

WordPress is really one of the best things to ever exist. The ability to create websites that look so sleek and beautiful, modern and attractive, is incredible.

I learned a lot and saved tons of time using it. I'd highly recommend it for most of the people as it has a very pleasant UI and it's easy to use even for not tech people - your client.

It is the best and biggest platform for creating content I have ever known. Wordpress allows you to have very high quality websites, for a super symbolic price.

The templates are amazing and just like all of wordpress very user friendly you dont have to know how to code to use wordpress.

But don't let the price put you off, you're getting the best blogging software on the market, in my opinion. Plenty of extensions and themes, great community support and very nice admin interface.

Being non profit, It is imperative that I keep costs as low as possible while ensuring the quality is as good as can bee.

My Experience with WordPress is awesome and I highly recommend for those learners who want to develop their own sites.

The fact that WordPress is free and yet offers users excellent services is a plus on its own. On top of that, it is very easy to set up and integrate into your website, giving you total control.

The dashboard and preview ability is nice. The theme changes are pretty simple to navigate as you see what works best.

Wordpress has an impressive amount of integrations with other products. For example, we use the Yoast SEO plugin, which is awesome.
