I struggle with this, maybe once something is voided or deleted it is gone, no recovering it.

Spruce offers more functionality and is much easier to train new employees on. I am a big fan of the General Ledger module and the ease of use in producing monthly financial reports.

I also like being on the cloud as opposed to having inhouse servers. I like how the system updates POS transactions to the accounting modules.

It has definitely been the most frustrating part of our experience thus far. The customer service reps are knowledgeable - there just aren't enough of them to handle all of the calls.

Was a rough start but smooth now. Overall great for inventory and sales, but could use some more details areas on the back end like AR and GL.

Spuce is easy to setup, price competitive and use compared to other systems.

The customer service, the ability to work outside the box to solve our specific issues so that Spruce works for US.

We are a specialty supplier, not a hardware or lumber yard, but the Spruce sales person promised they have a robust special order system that would work great for us.

We were using ECI Next Gen which the software worked but customer support was terrible. ECI is discontinuing Next Gen so had to switch to Spruce.

The dashboard module is very helpful to get a quick glimpse of all activity through the day, month or year. Very dependable software and nice people to work with.

The support people have been good to work with. The inventory part of  Spruce is much easier than Next Gen.

The software is very user friendly. Point of Sale, A/R, A/P, purchasing, and inventory control work seamless.

The fist problem is Spruce has no Payroll. So we figured out a way to handle that.

What we like most is the ease of using the software and the ability to go paperless.

Then the problem is you can't get signature when you deliver to the job site without buying a android phone for every truck and paying a monthly fee for mobile aps.

No feedback from developers when we send in issues with the software.

The lumber world requires software engineers to understand how the programs should work. As a lumber and building material sales company, it is difficult to interface with the software folks.

The document management system built. Into the software is  very nice.

They provide a good online help system with videos and documents to explain how to work with the software. There are lots of add on features if you need them.

The experience has been terrible. I wish I could contact someone from Spruce management.

Can easily tag external documents and scan into the software and tag to specific invoices, orders, quotes. Customer support has been great to deal with.

I have demoed other products and am glad that I remained with Spruce. The support is getting better, and the system is very dependable.

EVERYTHING is a  Journal Entry into the GL. Sadly, not a software for a middle market customer.

It's very difficult to get the program to conform to you. Also if you have invoice terms rather than statement terms, you will not get a proper statement to send to customers monthly.

Working with Spruce has been great, every time you work on an issue it is very personal and the follow up makes you feel like Spruce is there just for us.

But I guess this is in each and everyone developer's hand. So maybe a guideline on what not to do to avoid performance losses.

The only problem I have is when updating the version and the pages tend to have problems of accommodation.

It does create good websites, with pretty much good features and integration among objects, which facilitates structuring and maintaining.

It is very easy to use and it has a lot of features. Everyone can build amazing website with beautiful templates.

It's a very helpful software/website in helping you learn and create your very own website for an affordable price.

Also when there is an error it is very difficult to figure out how to solve it because there is no support (obvious for open source but still a problem).

Wordpress is really great for people who do not code but want to have a website. It has lot of additional integrations available which help you build websites which are scalable.

The customer service is the worst. Whenever I email them with a problem, they sometimes don’t fix it for weeks and I have to keep reminding them.

My overall experience with Wordpress is Fantastic. It is one of the best software I have come across.

Currently my website had all the plug-ins crash, and they all disappeared, so keep in mind that WP is notorious for needing to troubleshoot your website once in a while.

On the beginning I have a problem with some message about a having an error whic I did not find.

Easy to install and use, with a huge community developing and improving features. It's a great tool for almost everything, from a simple Landing Page to a huge E-Commerce.

I love that I was able to accomplish what I wanted, on my own by using help features and just by clicking around and trying different things.

I enjoy Wordpress for the flexibility to setup my personal website. They several templates to choose from and each have unique abilities with them to make your webpage fantastic.

Some plugins are very bad, and also very bad translated, or make some other plugins crash so you must be very carefull with what do you install.

It is the best and biggest platform for creating content I have ever known. Wordpress allows you to have very high quality websites, for a super symbolic price.

The templates are amazing and just like all of wordpress very user friendly you dont have to know how to code to use wordpress.

But don't let the price put you off, you're getting the best blogging software on the market, in my opinion. Plenty of extensions and themes, great community support and very nice admin interface.

Being non profit, It is imperative that I keep costs as low as possible while ensuring the quality is as good as can bee.
