Pros
- When I need help, customer service was very helpful.
- Lots of great features, support for multi-file upload, integration with WIX websites. Ability to manage the forms within the WIX framework.
Cons
- The reports can be a little odd. I would rather that it just report the option that was chosen, rather than showing all the options with a YES or NO to indicate if that option was chosen.
- Unfortunately, because of security threats, the services gets shut down sometimes by our institution. This is because of phishing warnings due to the use of the forms by free users.
Pros
- The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.
- On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.
Cons
- Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.
- Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.
