After finding your way around Bento's UI and understanding what it's capable of, you won't want to use any other email marketing tool.

It has very simple list-size based pricing, and you get all the features no matter what. The email marketing piece is great by itself, but when you layer in Flows, you can take the automation of your marketing to a whole other level. The support is also personalized and community based, which makes getting help very easy.

From a business perspective, choosing a small team like Bento (vs a large corporation) could be a risk for some, but there are emergency safeguards in place, so I'm personally not worried. From a technical perspective, I haven't experienced any significant shortcomings. At the time of writing, there is no Android app which make monitoring live chat slightly limited.

Bento has allowed us to create evergreen sequences and marketing automation sequences that we can rely on.It's one of the products I recommend the most to people when they ask me about marketing automation for their businesses.

Bento offers an incredibly easy and powerful way to manage your entire marketing automation journey.You are able to track actions by anonymous visitors, tie their identity to past actions once provided, nurture them with flows and sequences that are incredibly flexible and then continue to engage and provide customer support to them through the Bento Chat product.The developer is also extremely quick at adding new features when the community asks for them.

The only con for me has been that Bento does have a slight learning curve, simply because it packs a lot under the hood.Some more shareable templates or ready made packages for newbies would make the experience a bit smoother.It's eCommerce focused features could be padded out a bit too (However I know it's in the pipeline so just need to be patient).

The power and flexibility in setting up email automation flows is incredible. By adding a tag based on an action (such as a purchase) or where they signed up, you can trigger any number of email flows and change it based on actions they take. Replicating the basic flows I had before in Mailchimp was easy, and I now have all that I need to add more complex flows going forward.

None! The support in helping me get set up was first class, and after a short 1:1 onboarding session, I'm all set.

Everything is so smooth, and most important IT WORKS! Honestly, I can't describe how happy I am about using Bento, it's a backbone for my business since I write on a daily basis and it's one of the few platforms that doesn't punish my creativity at all. It always surprises me how quickly the owner/developer respond to any request! Bento works well with everything on my stack. I'm a extremely happy customer :)

It's not something I don't like, but Bento is SO powerful with its features that maybe it could be "too technical" for some users.

Bento made it incredibly easy to migrate my two established lists/businesses in. I was able to move across my subscribers and [sensitive content hidden] ([sensitive content hidden]) helped migrate the automations as part of their VIP onboarding process. Since starting to use Bento, I've loved the software more and more and more. A+ experience, I keep referring my friends.

Bento is a unicorn in my eyes: you have a beautiful, highly-functional product that is backed by a support team that replies faster than you can blink. When comparing to others like Mailchimp or HubSpot, Bento is 100x faster both in physical page load time but is also more simple. The product just makes sense.Bento is something that I actually enjoy spending time in now because of how perfectly it's been crafted.It also integrates easily with Zapier to cover pretty much any other platform Bento doesn't have a native integration with. Powerful stuff!

It's important to know that Bento has a really fast speed at which they make product updates. Personally, I love it! For some that may be used to more enterprise heavy software, you'll be glancing at the change-log here a bit more often to stay up to speed. Just something to keep yourself and your team in the loop about.

Bento is super easy to use and the support team is extremely helpful and communicative.

The interface is a little different than what I was used to so it took me a couple of days to get used to it but the support team was always extremely helpful and quick to help me figure out what I was doing. They also made the on boarding and transfer process, super easy and were very helpful throughout the entire thing.

I very happy with bento now, because it does what it advertise and the email delivery rate is great. Bento works well with my woo commerce and my website. I am a happy customer.

I have used the tools of the competition and Bentonow is better. It has a better User Interface. The email delivery rate is one of the bests. The support is personal.

The con is WPFusion for Bentonow. The auto login link of WPFusion for Bentonow is not working. This was an important feature for me to go with Bentonow and WPFusion. I wish that WPFusion is delivery in the future a working auto login link, because they advertise it. WPFusion deliver to your promise!

It has it all in one. It really feels like it's email marketing software made for you. There is a human touch to everything.

The attention to detail from the founding team is unmatched by any other software company. I'm constantly impressed by Jesse's ability to push ahead and ship features (faster than some companies with dozens of software developers on their payroll).

If there was one thing I'd have to criticize, which is not something that we'd actively use/want but it is something that clients often request it would be Bento's ability to have responsive email templates, etc. That being said, as far as I'm aware this is a WIP so by the time you're ready this review – this may no longer be relevant.

I use Bento primarily to keep track of events that happen within my application. Then, I use those events to send emails to my users or to just make sure I know how my users are using my platform. Additionally, I use the simple customer support tools within Bento to answer support chats/emails directly in Slack.

Bento is incredibly simple. As a developer, I was able to set up Bento on multiple sites and in multiple code-bases and be able to start tracking events in Bento. Even if I was not using Bento for it's email marketing platform (which is obviously one of it's strengths), there is SO much potential because of the incredible, and sometimes overwhelming, features that the founder has created.The tracking, flows (even if you don't end up sending an email in those flows), integrations, even basic support/chat channels is second to none. For the price, I feel like I have 10 tools in one and it's a steal.

Honestly, anything that I've disliked about Bento has been solved within hours thanks so the incredible support (Discord) by the founder and community.

Everything was so easy to setup and once it's up, you can absolutely trust it will work. The flows feature is extremely powerful and helps drive a lot of meaningful conversations with customers.

There is honestly nothing to dislike! It might be cool to have more user written guides to see how others are maximising Bento though! They have such incredible support that even if there were issues, you could get a resolution within a day or so!

Reliable software that delivers.

Bento is great for entrepreneurs because you get all of there features for a flat pricing per contact. There aren't any upsells, locked features, or hidden products. You get the entire suite of amazing marketing features that you can use on your entire emailing list. It's great and replaced a lot of other software for us.

The support from Bento is so amazing. You might find it startling how quickly you get a reply.

Email is a key revenue driver for us and Bento makes it's easy to see what is performing well and makes sure emails are optimal before sending. Their builder makes it easy to make beautiful emails that look and perform great. Setting up triggers is super easy and I'm a novice. The few issues I've had have been resolved on Discord quickly. I have struggled setting up triggers from events but I think that is down to my technical inability. All issues have been resolved via Discord quickly and everything I wanted to achieve is now set up.

Bento offers unique advantages like batch email sending, organizing tags into categories, and setting expiration for tags. While direct integration with many external services is limited, Bento simplifies the integration process with its email marketing automation system. Its event-based nature enables potent and adaptable automation capabilities.

It can be a little difficult to master at first because it is very different than most email marketing services. At present, however, I have not encountered any particular negative aspects.

Overall, I've been paying Bento for almost a year now and we upgraded since. I intend to keep having my subscription on as everything is working smoothly.

What I like the most about Bento is the ease of designing your email sequences. You can design it in a visual editor or with a traditional editor.

I thought it was pretty limited in terms of email deliverability at first but finally I got a great help from the team. So in the end, I'd say what I like the least is that sometimes links are not properly displayed to users but it's getting better.

I am very positively surprised and happy to have come across Bento. The deliverability of the messages is at a high level, and I have everything I need here to run effective email marketing campaigns.

What I like most about Bento is that it offers so many options for tracking users. Definitely attribution and analytics deserve praise here. Plus, the built-in forms are nice and easily configurable. What's more, it's possible to display them depending on what the user is doing on the site. They also have great support that responds quickly to user requests on Discord.

The first thing that you notice in comparison to other tools – customer service and constant customer feedback-based improvements. This tool is created for users and it's being constantly improved for users. The modern digital world is all about changes and new features, and while some of the bigger competitors are resting on their laurels, Bento takes over the email marketing world. :)

I think the dashboard UX can be improved a bit but it's rather a matter of time, I see it changing already.

I love the graphic email flow editor. Being able to write email logic that sends different emails to different customers based on their specific situation is invaluable. It also integrates very well with our other software, allowing us to send emails right when a customer uses our product.

My experience with Bento has been very positive. Their Discord community is really helpful and the system is very intuitive.

As a developer myself, I hate things that only offer WYSIWYG editors for everything leaving me pretty frustrated that I'm unable to leverage my developer tools. Bento offers both in a very unique, easy to implement system. Their service is off the chain. The [sensitive content hidden] of the company will even hop on a video conference with you if you need help.

I really can't think of anything I'm missing with this system.
