I have been a Marketing Manager for 5 years and ExhibitDay has been a lifesaver for our trade show management.

The software is incredibly easy to use and has saved me a ton of time and hassle. I used to have to juggle multiple spreadsheets and documents to keep track of everything, but now it's all in one place.

The only con is that there are only 2 different paid plans that don't offer much customization with features and cost.

Amazing tool. Love the manage assets feature, tags - being able to sort shows by country, size, industry is great. Our staff loves it and it has helped with show budget management too.

Imagine this...instead of using one gigantic spreadsheet, you can manage all of your trade shows in one place. This tool is ideal for those marketeers whose organizations participate in multiple trade shows throughout the year. The best part is the transparency. All your staff can have access and access ExhibitDay onsite so if you aren't there, and they are missing carpet that you ordered...your staff has access to your receipts! The playbook is amazing, imagine not having to create itineraries on your own, put them in the playbook.

I just wish there was an app in ios for ExhibitDay.

I enjoy that I can have all members of my team on exhibit day to review tasks and specific events they are assigned to.

I wish they had personalization options for emails. I wish they had a better export system and reporting system. Also the integration for automation is extremely pricey.

Amazing. So glad we found ExhibitDay. We began to implement almost immediately after finding their software because it made so much sense and was a considerable process improvement for us.

Extremely easy to use and onboard our event staff. They love it because it provides easy access to all the event information show hours and details, travel reservations, booth maps, itinerary, contractor service purchases, etc..If the current information options/tabs they provide arent enough, ExhibitDay allows customization to add anything else that you could possibly want to include.

I have been super happy with everything from ExhibitDay. The only thing that our staff consistently asks/suggests when onboarding is for an ExhibitDay app rather than having to open it up in their browser. Not a must but would be nice for event staff.

We've been using the product in full for about 1.5 years now and have many good things to say. It's transformed how we manage our events, taking us away from having to log everything in a spreadsheet (ick). Customer support has been responsive and feedback for updates to the product is always acknowledged (not always implemented, but acknowledged).

This software had nearly everything we needed to manage our tradeshows, events, sponsorships, etc. They are receptive to feedback and we've even seen some of the changes requested implemented and/or they offered a workaround solution to help us out. This product covers event information, travel reservations, expenses, budget, and more.

Like any program, it's not perfect, but I feel we are getting 90% of what we initially sought. There are some wishlist items, such as autosave, adding custom fields for a link, more areas for basic information, or changing types of information needed based on the event type.

Overall, Exhibit Day has been a lifesaver for event management and planning. I would recommend it to all event planners. It is one of the best marketing tools that I have discovered.

Exhibit Day has been so helpful when planning 50+ events. It has a great system to add tasks, where you get email notifications when tasks are due to keep all of your deadlines straight. You have the capability to assign who is attending the event, so they can see the schedule and what all needs to be send to the event. I also like you can assign tasks to multiple people. The events/tasks always integrate with your outlook calendar so you can see what is happening or needed in the future.

I would like it to be more mobile-friendly.

It is a great tool for anyone with numerous events and schedules to keep track of. We use it daily.

Love the ability to customize the fields so we can easily see the most important info at a glance. Great for keeping us organized so we don't miss little details on big events.

Wish the exporting had more customizations. We send spreadsheet reports to company execs but it's easier to handle those manually than export from ExhibitDay and then have to do all the editing.

Easy to use, very basic so you don't get overwhelmed.

Ease of use, downloadable packets, calendar view makes it easy to see what overlaps.

Inability to track inventory taken to a show AND returned. You only have the option of one or the other. Inability to customize analytics to fit our needs. Wasteful event binder printing due to not condensing things to where there are multiple items on one page. Lacks a place to track swag (giveaway) items other than in inventory but there is a place to list them in the event.

Overall, we've had a great experience. The ramp up time to start using it and getting value is really short, so it's easy to start small and add on use cases as you get more experience with the tool.

Exhibit Day makes it easy for us to keep information in a way that makes it accessible for our entire Sales team to stay up to date and for us to manage deadlines and other details with respect to specific events.

Some of the information around budgeting and tracking expenses is a bit clunky to work with. In addition, making changes to events, adding new events, and adding details to events takes a lot of clicking and scrolling.

It has been a game changer for us. It has really helped keep us organized and the ease of creating a report when someone asks "what shows are coming up"?, has been so great!

Prior to finding Exhibit Day, we were using spreadsheets to keep track of our tradeshows and regional meetings and it was exhausting! This makes things so much easier! Everything is right there for the whole team to see, so if there is a question while someone is out, it is very easy to check ED to find answers!

I would like more places to just write notes. I don't like using the notes section on the first page because then it makes the "grid view" wonky, so I just use that for quick notes- like "planning complete" or what my immediate next step needs to be. I also don't like that the "task bar" has moved to the side- it was better at the top.

Great organizational tool for us. It’s made tracking and copying events year to year so much easier and more efficient!

It’s easy to use and customize. I love the instant reporting and downloads to excel. I use this feature a lot!

The tabs used to be at the top and now they’ve moved to the left due. I find it harder to find the tab I’m looking for. I wish that the user could choose the tab location .

Ease of use. Customer service exceeded my expectations. [sensitive content hidden] was great with onboarding our team and getting us started. Constantly making improvements based off of customer feedback.

I think the budget feature could be a little more robust so we can see line item by line item.

Updates/feedback from users should be taken into consideration. The assets tab should be customized to be able to create folders or group certain assets in the categories that are relevant to the company

Overall, ExhibitDay was a homerun for our company. Managing dozens of trade shows at once has never been easier.

The platform is very easy to use. Features are simple to navigate and use. The simplistic nature of ExhibitDay makes it a breeze to update information and share with coworkers.

The mobile side of ExhibitDay feels rough. It's not really an app so much as a dedicated browser.

It has been a game changer for my team, when planning and enhancing overall communication with our teams.

I love how it captures all of the event details in one location and can be shared as a pdf.

I wish there was a way to remove events created and also export attachments into the pdf.

I was genuinely looking for software like this for months before finding ExhibitDay. Most other "tradeshow planning" software is aimed at the person organizing the event rather than the company planning the event. As the only person coordinating for 40 events in a year, it became difficult keeping track of all of it in an Excel file. Finding ExhibitDay has truly been a game changer.

I really appreciate the built-in features like booth services, ROI information, and the event information screen with all the immediate pertinent details.

I don't love the options for user permissions. For some of our team, I'd like them to have access to just events they are assigned to but only be able to add to certain aspects of it. It seems to be an all or nothing on some of those.

So far, it has been very easy to implement. The free version gave us a taste of what was available. The premium version has given us the ability to adapt it to serve our needs.

I was looking for a system beyond spreadsheets to manage our trade show presence. I coordinate 60 or shows a year so was looking for a place to have all the information in one place to share with others.

I have not been using it long enough to have an opinion on this.

So far it's great! I am just getting started with it!

I love that I can have all my shows on one platform, with the customized fields I need, and the ability to add users to their shows and events.

I like least that the emails originate from amazonses domain. This always gets stuck in SPAM and is difficult to manage since it is so risky.

So far this program is helping capture all the information in just about one place instead of multiple places. It is eventually going to eliminate all other programs for us :)

Cannot set up individual client dashboard yourself, that has to be done internally with Exhibit Day.

ExhibitDay makes it easy to centrally manage event attendance across different territories and areas of the business. It enables collaboration, task management and inventory management in a way that is not possible with other apps.

You are only able to record the budget in one currency, which makes it difficult if you are working across multiple countries/currencies. It would also be good if there was integration with different email servers so that you can attach emails to the event records.

We have been using it as a one stop shop for all Event Management which has been really helpful to keep a track of the event and manage it on a day to day basis.

The budget and attendee feature has been really beneficial for us.

The asset management and task feature are tricky to use.
