Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use, great tool for managing large groups of people with instant communication.
The broadcast feature made it easy to communicate a message with exactly the right group of volunteers, this made connecting with my team much easier on event day

Cons
The accents in Swiss names did not appear correctly, this was a sensitive issue and required time consuming manual updates on the exports. Never the less this was corrected quite rapidly!
The only struggle I had initially was convincing all of my volunteers to download the app

Pros
Nice features, admin interface relatively user-friendly, user-interface very user-friendly.
It was great to have a social media platform dedicated to the specific conference I attended. I also loved that I could see who was at the conference and where they worked.

Cons
The software is good however it is missing stories, live streams.
It seems the price increased this year. But if we can use it for registration/check-in it would be well worth it.
